Kathy had it all under control!
Kathy was our wedding coordinator and she did a fantastic job every step of the way. She was always available to give advice and guidance during the planning process and was absolutely critical to the day of the wedding. As the bride I can honestly say that I felt no stress the day of the wedding. Kathy had previously made sure that everything was in place and any issues that did arise she took control of with no issue. She kept our wedding party and schedule on
track. Looking back I can honestly say that I would not change a thing about our special day and Kathy is to thank for that.

Just finished my daughter’s wedding to a LT in the Navy and wow was it terrific! KK is organized, thorough, professional, funny and anticipatory of needs we didn’t even know we had! The wedding was at San Carlos Cathedral and reception at the Naval Postgraduate School where the groom had just graduated from the day before. The church had their own wedding coordinator but KK worked seamlessly with her taking care of our priorities. If we had glitches, we never knew of them, because she took care of everything & then some. Her rate is so reasonable that my husband was even pleased lol. KK took the stress out of what can be so wedding stressful. My favorite part is that she saved us from the details we didn’t even know about that could have thrown the day into a downer. Oh and that she had a photo for us of the wonderful couple to take home that night already! Thanks KK, I definitely recommend you!

Fabulous Wedding by Kathy «did it again!» We hosted a 100+guest reception. Once again she put our minds at ease. She is a professional and always has the host & hostess best interest in mind. Her recommendations for colors, flowers and bringing the entire venue together is remarkable! I am so happy we found Fabulous Weddings by Kathy, the only thing she is missing is her «cape» to save the day & the wand that she uses to make everything come together & beautiful!

We hired Kathy to be our day-​of wedding coordinator after she was recommended to us and we couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. Even though we hired her for just day-​of coordination, she went above and beyond her duties, and met with us about five times total prior to the big day.
We did a DIY wedding, Shabby Chic themed (thanks Pinterest), and we couldn’t have been more happy with the way that Kathy carried out our vision. We received so many rave reviews about our wedding. Kathy made sure that all of the vendors were kept informed about the day-​of activities and ensured that they arrived and set-​up properly. Kathy and her staff set everything else up, from the chairs, to the tables, to the decorations. She then kept everything on track for the day to make sure we concluded we had plenty of time for dancing at the end.
Oh, and they best part? Her prices were, hands down, the best value for the services we found (and we contacted at least half a dozen places). If you’re planning a wedding, and you want it to be stress free, we absolutely recommend Kathy.

My family recently hired Kathy to help coordinate and cater my father’s 65^th birthday party. She was very professional in the planning, and helped to make the party we imagined come to life. Kathy was very prompt and made sure that the party flowed smoothly. Her staff was super helpful, working the party efficiently and making sure all the guests were comfortable and enjoying themselves. She delivered everything we asked for, paying attention to details and keeping everything in order. On top of everything, she is always friendly and a joy to have in our home. The food she prepared was so delicious — I didn’t mind having leftovers for days after!

Kathy was the coordinator for my sister’s wedding in July. She helped the day run smoothly! From setting up the ceremony to breaking down the reception Kathy and her helpers took on many challenges and solved many problems so that the rest of us could enjoy a wonderful day!
