Does anyone work there… I’ve been calling and the phone just rings and rings WTF!!! Get to work and pick up the damn phone.

Low pay. The customer service supervisor does not like to train people because of job security. The management and supervisors don’t appreciate your hard work. Managements are rude and ignorant starting with the general manager.
There is no room for advancement and if by chance there is you have to be a brown nose, speak about your personal problems and not be punctual, and maybe you will get an opportunity to move up because hard work does not pay off in that company. Recognition is ignored.
The company raises the rates every year by over 3%-5%. A Customer Service claimed the rates are raised yearly because the drivers get a yearly raise. If that was the case the driver would be rich by now? The landfill doesn’t raise their rates as often as Republic Services does. The company is a rip off! The community has to get rid of the company as our garbage hauler.
