Update to Mark W comment dated 9÷23÷2013: Bottom line, you are not handling the issue at hand in which you charged me a late fee after I had called your facility to ensure that you processed my payment for that month. In addition, I had asked earlier in the month that I be placed on auto pay and was assured that you did. You did not. This is my concern. Also, regarding your comment that I was «threating» is incorrect. Please handle your customers as you would like to be handled! It would be very difficult for me to make a positive recommendation to anyone that is considering to store items at Rossi Self Storage.

When my girlfriend and I arrived at Rossi Self-​Storage, we were five minutes before closing. Unilocal initially led us to a storage place up the street, and that place directed us here. Despite our inconvenient timing, we were offered a tour and quotes. Really great customer service. And access to your account online to pay rent — which is affordable and in a secure location. Kudos. Also, adorable cat can alleviate the inevitable stress that comes with renting. Universal truth.

A year ago, I would have given this place a stirling review. And, I still would, but with one major exception: They do not deal with mistakes well, even when the mistakes are theirs.
I moved an RV elsewhere, and they continues to charge me for the storage. For medical reasons, I was unable to get there to deal with them right away, and when I did they vehamently denied that there was any problem, that I was wrong. Finally, they very begrudingly admitted that I was right, that I had been overcharged, and they credited me for the overpayment — to the cent, not so much as one free minute for all my hassle. Then, when I didn’t pay for the first ten days (after the credit) in advance, they hassled me and locked up my space.
As I said, when everything goes perfectly, they are great. But watch out for problems!

I love the fact that I was able to see the price list and reserve a storage unit online. When I arrived at the storage facility it was clean and everything was taken care of professionally and thoroughly. I also appreciate that I can make payments online, makes my life much easier! Thank you!
