For the most part, I enjoy this store and overall usually have satisfactory visits. However, my most recent visit was very poor. The associates were very unprofessional. Clearly they had friends visiting and were more interested in their company than customer service. If I had been the manager on duty, I’d be very embarrassed. Also, the lady who rung up my items failed to ask me for my info so I could get my rewards.(similar to Safeway Club card where all they do is ask for phone number or email) and when I asked her after the transaction if I’d get my points, she said that had to be done at the beginning of the transaction. She was highly annoyed that I asked to her void it and do over so I could get my points. It was her fault for not asking in the first place but she seemed angry with me. Instead she should have apologized for neglecting to do her job. Zero customer service knowledge. They do have really good deals though if you can get passed the the poor service.
