Food here is fresh, delicious, and be sure to add the garden(salad) bar. It’s not the biggest salad bar I’ve ever seen(I grew up in Northern California) but it’s best in the Ann Arbor area. The burgers and steaks are filling and the seafood is solid. Service here is a standout — I’ve always been treated well here. Okay, it is a chain, but it is run like a local, family-run joint! Recommend!

Nice atmosphere. Matt was our waiter and he was awesome. Our drinks were never empty. Food was great. Our kids food came out a little early which was perfect.

If you are looking for a high end dining experience, this is not it! The environment is not bad nor the music. Going out to find vegan options in Michigan can be rough. Ruby Tuesday just has so little true fresh options or vegan dinner plates too. If you wish a fantastic vegan experience in the Ann Arbor area head to whole foods or The Lunch box(completely vegan).

We were once big fans of Ruby Tuesdays. At one time we all enjoyed the salad bar and if we asked the kids where they wanted to go for dinner, the answer was always RT’s. But prices have gotten crazy for the quantity, service is terrible, the salad bar is pitiful and not fresh and the water tastes terrible! Why does the water taste so bad? I have city Saline water and it’s delish, RT’s water has a bad taste to it. Our last experience was enough to make us not go back and we haven’t for nearly a year. My oldest ordered a steak medium rare. The waiter questioned that request and I said that fine. What came was a well done charred pieces of nastiness. My husband is a chef so it’s tough for us to eat out anyways, I work very hard at trying to not be critical but this was ridiculous. When I complained the waiter blew it off and asked if I really wanted a new one, Um, YES! So starving teen stares at the rest of us while we eat and his steak came when the rest of us were done eating. So much for a nice family dinner…

We arrived for a late lunch(2:45).there was only one other table of customers for a business lunch meeting. It was very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I chose the“New Mini Masterpieces” meal of 2 mini slider burgers(turkey & cheese), french fries, and salad bar or soup. I opted for the big, well stocked salad bar. I’m glad I did. They had a large variety of types of salad fixings, as well as a cold pasta salad and chunky potato salad. The only thing I would improve on would be the portion size of the French Fries. I had about a dozen pieces with my order. Friendly and helpful staff. Worth coming back again in my book.

I agree with one of the previous reviews: past experiences make this place two stars, but I can say today’s visit was a bright point. Went with a salad bar to start. Good selections and yes it was really good, I won’t go top of the line, but it’s tight. I also was here during happy hour($ 5 absolute drinks and $ 1off beers). As for my meal I went with the bacon cheeseburger on pretzel bun(actually was good with the bacon mustard mayo). Overall a good time I suppose, but one of the few here.

I had high hopes but they undercooked the chicken and forgot our fries. The wait staff was non caring. It took over an hour for us to be served. We also found hair in our food. Skip the chains. Go local

There were pros and cons to this visit but the bottom line is that we are so over Ruby Tuesdays now — though it was ok, it is not what it used to be and not all change is good. Portions are so small, and prices have gone up. The Garden Bar(don’t dare call it a salad bar) is paired down and the menu might say you get free refills or you can have more bread, but service is so slow, you won’t get more than one refill on anything. My hubs had a steak. Ordered it medium well. It was served rare and a tasteless. Pros — Zucchini side dish was HOT. Which is hard to do with serving Zucchini. Crab cake was impressive with hunks of real crab meat. Again, the portions were small. 2−3oz lobster tail, 1 small crab cake, and 3 shrimp. Pretty ridiculous. Bill was $ 50. So many other places that are better, overall, for $ 50 for two people.

Past experiences here would place this at about two stars, but the latest was closer to three stars, so I’ll be generous and round up. I had not been there for about five years, because I find the place so consistently mediocre. Met friends there for lunch. Did not get the salad bar. I feel uncomfortable about its high-traffic location — in the hallway, where everyone is talking and breathing as they walk to their tables. It’s a good way to get patrons to notice the salad bar, but I’m squeamish about the possibility of picking up a cold virus. Our waitress brought us a plate of little biscuits right after we had ordered. A little sweet, a little savory, but I was not sure *what* they were supposed to taste like, because the flavor was not very assertive. I wonder if they were complementary, because I don’t remember anybody ordering them. Thank you! Hubby and I split an entrée, which we ordered off the smaller of the two menus. Our friends’ orders arrived first(each had their own entrée plus two sides) and when ours arrived, I kind of felt like, «Hey, why’s ours so much smaller?» It’s hard to know from the photo how much you’re gonna get, I guess. Something I did not remember from before: steamed vegetable side dishes. Way to go, Ruby Tuesday! The quantity of our steamed pea pods PLUS zucchini equaled one friend’s asparagus side alone. She shared some of it with me, because she had so much. So aside from wondering why the amounts of veg were so off, I’d say it was a good experience.

I like Ruby Tuesdays, a lot! but, our dining experience was not very good yesterday. The salad bar was empty of many items and had to ask them to refill it. We got no rolls with our meal, had to ask for them after meal was served. By the time I was done with my entrée, there was finally someone refilling the bar. The salad bar is their showcase, it should never be empty.

3 strikes and your out. I kept going back but after tonight, never again. I had the sirloin and lobster mac and cheese with a side of the mashed cauliflower. Aside from my steak, the lobster mac and cheese for just re-heated, the lobster thrown on top was cold. My mashed cauliflower was horrible«baby food» It also came cold. For 18.99 a plate, I expected so much more. I even went to the salad bar and there was no salad. Seriously? It’s sunday night at 5:00. You brag about your salad bar and the pasta plate was also empty. Did I also mention my small bowl of lobster mac and cheese was ½ full. Sorry Ruby Tuesday, I’m moving on. Sincerely, Angie (Saline, MI Restaurant)

Salad bar is amazing! I’m not usually one to eat salad but theirs is great! You have the option of so many delicious toppings and a good selection of dressing. They also have pasta salad and other sides. Sliders + Salad bar only $ 9.99. You get two sliders, fries, and salad bar. The pasta salad on the bar is amazing! The best part is the biscuits they bring to your table! They are delicious and are similar to red lobster cheddar bay biscuits.

This is a good Ruby Tuesday. Usually not very busy so you can get right in and get a table. I unfortunately can’t recommend coming here on a lunch break as you are sure not to get back to work in time. The service is usually pretty slow considering they aren’t very busy. The food is good and everyone has been friendly to us so far though, so I would go back again.

Service is pretty good here and absolutely LOVE the salad bar! They also give complimentary small cheesy biscuits, but the past couple times I’ve gone, they have either forget to give it to us or totally skimp on it.
