I just bought my first Rolex and am very happy with the level of service and the great prices at AAA. The watch looks brand new (it was purchased at OC Tanners in 2015 and had only been worn a few times). Mike was very helpful and knowledgable, and he was able to give me a better price than I found anywhere else — by A LOT! I’ve always wanted this watch and appreciate Mike making it possible for me to finally have it. AWESOME experience! I will be a customer for life!

If you’re looking for High end watches, jewelry, or anything there is no better place in SLC. The staff (Matt) is incredibly knowledgeable and the prices are more than fair. As well I lost my wallet and they took a loan out for what I asked without hesitation.

Great place with very welcoming people always professional atmosphere. I bought a necklace for my girlfriend at a very reasonable price she totally loves it. I also had them repair a ring where the diamonds kept popping out and they did that for a good price too.

I had called this store a day prior, to confirm the info they had listed on their website, that they buy loose gemstones. The associate, Heather was very friendly and answered my questions. I had inherited some GLA certified and appraised stones. I asked Heather specifically if they could would be interested in them. She said definitely bring them in. I traveled over 30 miles to visit this store the next day. After being buzzed in, an older portly gentleman «helped» me. I showed him my gemstones along with the certificates of authenticity and appraised values on them. He said they were not real and offered me about 10,000 times less than the appraised value. After asking if anyone else had offered me anything. This is after I told him I just received them and this was my first stop. He sort of chuckled as he offered me a mere $ 100 on my jewel appraised by the GLA at over $ 10,000. He told me to shop around and then come back. Definitely will not be back. And don’t waste your time going here to sell. However I cannot speak on a buying experience. Definitely a horrible selling experience for myself and I won’t be buying an engagement ringv from here.

Found the perfect engagement ring here for a great price. They have a wide selection on hand, and can have custom jewelry made, if you’re looking for something specific. Turn around times are fast and their work is top notch. AAA+ rating

Very disappointed! We have taken three watches there for battery replacement, those items were repaired promptly and were highly cost efficient. To our surprise, two out of the three watches with new batteries stopped working not even three months later. I took them in for repair, I was advised that the movements needed to be replaced. I have owned dozens of watches (far less expensive than the ones being repaired) and have never had to replace the movements. They didn’t go out in just one, but two watches. The shop had to send them to a third party for repair, I was very clear I wanted an estimate before any repair was to take old place. I called Wednesday and was informed the third party would not be in until Friday, then it was Saturday and then Monday. Following my instincts, I decided to go pick them up and take them somewhere that values their word and others valuable time. Upon arriving, one watch is missing and no one has any idea where it is. Multiple excuses later and back peddling the watch was given to a secondary repair guy. Why this wasn’t done three weeks before is beyond comprehension. I have never had a place have such a disorderly internal system. It felt wrong from the first «coincidence». Beware.

I was having difficulty getting a good purchase price on my deceased father’s 1948 – 49 Rolex watch, mainly due to the fact that it was missing the original band. And the crystal had also been refinished, not terribly professionally. After checking a couple of other sources, AAA gave me a very decent price on this watch, and I really appreciate the fact that they went above & beyond for me. I’ll shop here in the future!
