My wife and I went in for a 3d ultrasound package I was somewhat skeptical but my wife insisted. We called before we went and talked with Eileen, who answered all our questions.
Our ultrasound tech was Chantell and she was just amazing. Very sweet, talked with us, and very good at what she did.
Our baby wasn’t in the mood to cooperate and kept turning backwards, but she really worked with us to get the right pictures. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend Accuscan to anyone.

I am still so disappointed with my experience here.
I did a fair amount of research and thought this sounded like the most professional place to get a 3D/​4D ultrasound during my 31^st week. The package I chose included a lot more than other places and the price was competitive ($ 179). I called 2 weeks before to make my appt. They took my CC # and charged it that day. That should have tipped me off as to what to expect…
When I arrived the staff was barely responsive, and not very helpful. There wasn’t much sitting area yet the front area was busy. I was finally called back about 30 after my appt time.
The room was bright, big and didn’t have doors. Just a wall divider she opened and closed. I immediately noticed the large tv screen was over to the side, not in front of the bed like other ultrasound facilities.
The U/​s tech didn’t seem very professional.
She hardly spoke during the ultrasound, the pictures we’re grainy and very blurry. She took the same picture in the same position over and over again.
i received a cd with all still images (24 of the SAME grainy, blurry, no detail 3D pictures) and a DVD of the ultrasound. Where you can see even less.
The package came with 9 wallet sized pictures and 6 5×7/s.
It took another hour to get the pictures, and then the printer they were using ran out of ink. (??) and after a lot of audible swearing from the lazy staff, they finally told me they’d mail me the rest of my pictures.
I was SO upset and taken back by the experience, I just left.
I’ll be calling Monday for a refund.

I had a full body scan and virtual colonoscopy at Accuscan. Even though there were no abnormalities found (YEA!), the cost of the service was well worth the peace of mind. Great company, great service, super value. Highly recommended. They also do medical and 3D ultrasound.
