Ordered tuxes for a wedding party and received a printed receipt with cost of each tuxedo. I made a $ 50 deposit at time of order. When I went back to pay in full, they were asking me to pay over $ 150 more than what was on my printed receipt. I asked why and was told that an employee had made a mistake and didn’t put«coats» in with my tuxedo costs… WHAT??? How is that possible? Manager insisted that I pay an additional $ 17 per tuxedo! Bad idea Clarks — you should honor the costs that are printed on my receipt!!! Mistake or not… it was your employee who made it. And… when I was paying, I was told the price and then I said, I should subtract the $ 50 I already paid, and was told No… that was already taken off. So… what I realized is that instead of paying an additional $ 17 per tuxedo I ended up paying $ 27 per tuxedo because they didn’t take off the $ 50 I had already paid! WOW!!! Crazy bad customer service and dishonest business values! DONOTGOHERE… frustrated beyond comprehension!!!

One of the worst vendors for our wedding. Went to pick up our tuxs and none of them fit correctly after waiting 1.5 hours to pick them up because they had so few employees waiting on tons of people. They measured everyone for tuxs at this locatioin but still none of them fit correct. The quality of the shirts/ties/pants/shoes was all very low. The first pair of pants was so faded it didn’t match the top. The second jacket I got didn’t fit correctly. I had to go back 4 times to get a jacket that was useable and it went to the last minute for the wedding. It was too late to go anywhere else so I just had to settle with a low quality poor fitting tux. Everytime I went in it was an hour + wait. I would never do business here again and recommend everyone else run away if it is for an important event like a wedding.

Great service from Clarks Tuxedo. Made my kid look great for his party… What else can you ask for?
