I purchased an American Heritage pool table a few years ago, and one end of it collapsed, shattering an end board. Howard came to look at the table and determined that these other guys who set up the pool table for me failed to put in the correct stabilizing hardware. (They used wooden pegs!) American Heritage was extremely slow to respond to Howard’s request for a new end board. Thanks to his constant persistence, the end piece finally arrived, and Howard re-​assembled the table. Now it looks good as new!
I highly recommend Howard’s Billiard Supply for your pool table repairs. I couldn’t ask for better service!
