Nothing wrong with the food despite previous health violations, but the parking issue is a big deal. The potential of paying $ 80 for a sandwich (sandwich + $ 75 parking ticket) is insane! There are signs that aren’t actually clear but it’s predatory parking at its finest. Why would anyone eat at an establishment with this problem? Not worth the time or the effort. I don’t care what sort of bad relationships the food places have with each other. FIGURE IT OUT so everyone wins and nobody gets ticketed.

Had the Turkey sandwich on wheat. Comes on wheat bread, thick, and taste like homemade.
Delicious and fast.
Right downtown so it is a great ‘people watching’ location. I will go there again!

My sandwich is always delicious but every time I’ve ordered delivery, it takes them 20 — 30 minutes to arrive. I only live a mile and a half away, and usually order when I’m not in mood to make food, but i also don’t want to wait for a pizza since it takes longer. Unfortunately, i always end up waiting almost as long. My order today was submitted at 5:35, and I just received it at 6:09. This location is not «freaky fast» as advertised and it’s a total bummer.

I used to really like this place but the last few times it has not been good. My tuna sandwich was runny, the ingredients were slopped on. I also liked the Italian night club but that too wasn’t great. I’ll wait awhile before I try it again.

Freaky fast sammies that will do in a pinch. There’s nothing special here, but there isn’t anything terrible either.
If you need a quick lunch, and you’re not too picky, JJ’s will do.

It’s better than subway as their bread is way better (though the choices for bread are limited). The service is always super fast. It often takes longer to order than it does for them to make your sandwich. Be sure to ask for hot peppers if that’s your thing and they have amazing pickles.
Avocado spread rather than mayo seems like a better choice for some sandwiches. Some of the chips have MSG in them even though they pretend to be made with all high quality ingredients.
Overall a good sandwich for the price. Service is as speedy as it gets. This location has the worst parking so plan accordingly and don’t park in the adjacent lot as they will ticket and/​or boot your car.

Used to frequent this location until I got violently ill along with numerous other around the city. Come to find out the health department cited them for several violations on a Friday, which they apparently didn’t react in a significant way — until they were shut down three days later due to numerous norovirus cases attached to this location. Unimpressed with their lack of action, and a sign that read «making improvements to better serve our customers» (the verbiage felt deceptive to me). Already shocked by the way people at the top of the corporation behave, I was disappointed by the reaction of these more local managements. This experience, with the big game bragging of the owner and treatment of employees is all while this regular customers will never ever return to this or any other location.

I eat here every week. It’s unfortunate about the food poisoning incident but I continue to eat here as I’ve never had a problem with it and I enjoy the food. They are always quick to prepare and I don’t think it is sketchy at all.

My wife and I got food poisoning after eating at this location only to find they were shut down this week for health department violations!
Franchise owner, please contact me through Unilocal to refund my $ 250 for the two nights in a motel that interrupted my vacation.

This location just got shut down for health code violation. I’ve noticed before that it seemed sketchy. Unless they post a sign saying «under new management», I don’t know if I’d go back.

One of the sandwiches was good, but the other didn’t have half the stuff it was supposed to have (missing lettuce and cheese). It was delivered and when I called to tell them the sandwich was wrong, they said we couldn’t get the right one because we had already eaten a couple bites before we noticed it the lettuce and cheese were missing. This is bad customer service in my book. We paid full price and only got meat and bread.

Not returning to this location. If you legally park in the same shopping center and then grab a sandwich at this Jimmy John’s, you get a $ 75 boot on your car for your troubles. Worst $ 82 sandwich I’ve ever had.

I ordered a sandwich to go, sprouts were bad, and were all over the sandwich and soggy… ruined the sandwich… I wrote them, and they never wrote back. Definitely not coming back.

Meh nothing to wright home about. Got 7 sandwiches for the people at my work and only 3 of them were done right. The others were all missing something. Was decent flavor though. If I go back I guess I need to check my order before leaving.

Oh my god! It took less that 10 minutes for the cyclist from JJs to deliver my order from the time I placed it! And guess what? Not a dang thing was wrong with it. This was the best sandwich I ever laid lips on! The delivery guy had the cutest knock ever and was super nice. If he wasn’t working, I would have invited him in to watch the comedy I’m watching that he was interested in. This will be happening again very soon. Yes!

Good is good. It’s jimmy johns. But the customer service stinks. No «hello how are you!» or «thank you». Employees are quite rude. So if you are looking for a polite welcome you will need to go else where.
