The owner was very hard to work with. We paid upfront and the customer service was horrible. To get any update I had to hunt Russ down every single time. He was supposed to replace some awards that came damaged and its been 2 months and still no replacements. The last time I spoke to him he was bothered with my follow up and said something else came up but that he was still sending the replacements. I would NOT recommend Modern Awards, not organized and very poor project management.
