O’brien Kelly DMD

Dr. O’brien is the very best dentist that I and my family have ever used. The staff and hygienists are great but Dr. O’brien has the smoothest and gentlest touch of any Dentist who has worked on my teeth. Seems to be a contradiction in terms to speak of a dentist this way but it is true.
My children love him also. I give him my highest recommendation. You and your family will not be disappointed.

I needed an emergency crown and this was the only place that would squeeze me in between other appointments on short notice, and had the CEREC machine with the capability to create a crown on-​site. They were extremely kind and accommodating and even showed me the 3D imaging and crown design process which was very cool.

The hygienists and assistants are friendly and gentle. They’re very good at getting my children (11, 9, and 7) to relax and cooperate with cleanings, etc. The hygienist I see, Elyce, is exceptionally quick and has never hurt me. She is friendly, but if I want to rest rather than chat, she carries on quietly and skillfully.
Dr. O’Brien is easy to talk to, and he listens very well. For example, I saw him recently about a rough edge on a back molar – loose filling? chip? I didn’t even have an appointment; they squeezed me in for a 5-​minute «look-​see.» He immediately identified the problem, listened to my theory about grinding my teeth at night (sore jaw and earache), examined my jaw-​joint, and proceeded to arrange a solution. He never acted rushed or annoyed, even though the exam took 10 minutes instead of five.
Shirley, at the front desk, is kind and efficient, as well. She seems eager to find a good appointment time to fit our family’s busy schedule. She handles billing issues professionally and asks ever-​so politely about outstanding balances.
Parking is easy, and the waiting room and restrooms are clean and comfortable.
I could not recommend a dental practice more highly!

Dr O’Brien and his staff are simply the best. They are very personable and skilled. I have never had such a pleasant experience with cleanings, fillings, etc.
