This Pizza is great! I love the thin crust, especially the different choices. You can create a new pizza each time you go in. I couldn’t believe how fast it was prepared, nothing better than eating a personally designed pizza hot and fresh out of the oven within 2 minutes. Great for a quick lunch! Try the Flaxseed crust it is terrific.

I am blown away at how terrible the customer service was today at my visit to this location. I saw a sign that said 7″ pizzas available for $ 4.99 and I ordered a margherita pizza. There is no indication that 7″ is not the normal size of pizza so I didn’t think to ask for that size. When she rung me up, the charge was $ 6.47. I asked her if it came to that much because of tax because the sign said it should have only been $ 4.99 and she said yes it was because of tax so I paid the charge. Then, when I looked at the receipt, the charge for the pizza was $ 5.99 not the $ 4.99 that I had expected so I asked her about it and she said the $ 4.99 was for the 7″. I told her that I had never been to a Pizza Studio before and there was no way I would have known to ask for that. None of the other signs for other pizza indicate that the normal size of pizza is 11″, not 7″ so I asked for a refund on the dollar. She didn’t know how to do that so she asked someone how to and they told her that they can’t do that, that I needed to ask for the special size and that since I got the 11″ that they would have to charge me full price! I do not make enough money to eat out every day and every dollar counts so this was very appalling to me that they even suggested this. Then, they said they could make me a NEW7″ pizza to replace the 11″ and only then would they refund me the dollar I had paid. This is an absolutely ridiculous suggestion. That would have wasted my time and wasted the product of your company because the 11″ would have been thrown out anyway. I was on my lunch break and I only have so much time so I told them just to give me the 11″ and forget about the refund. I saved Pizza Studio money today but I was so blown away and upset that they would treat me so poorly. I really enjoyed the pizza but the encounter was so ridiculous that I don’t feel that I will return to the establishment. I realize it’s only $ 1 but they need to teach their people more about customer service and realize that when they suggest something like this to the customer, they will ALWAYS lose money because they’ve lost my business forever.

Such a great change from eating in the food court! Whenever my family is visiting downtown we always stop in for an awesome custom-made pizza! Not only does the pizza cook super fast, you get to chose all your own unlimited toppings! It’s my daughters new favorite place to eat, she loves watching the ‘artists’ create her pizza just the way she wants it! If you’re in the area, you’ve gotta check these guys out!

This was flavorless pizza, even though I ordered the Buffalo Chicken pizza with jalapenos. The«firecracker» crust tasted flavorless– but to their credit, it was a pretty color. *sigh*. I bought a triple chocolate cookie for dessert and found that it was inedible and as hard as a rock. $ 11 wasted. I’ll never be back.

The first time I came here was during Comic Con a few weeks back and every dining establishment in City Creek was packed. I assumed Pizza Studio hadn’t even opened yet since they were empty insice but then I noticed a few employees milling about and a little granny eating her own pizza in the corner. Once inside, we browsed the menu and I thought it was cool that they basically offer two price points and all under $ 10. There was the unlimited toppings for $ 7.99 or a more basic pizza for their $ 5.99 «Starving Artist» price. My favorite so far is the Margherita pizza, it’s so basic but the ingredients are all fresh and taste delicious with the olive oil that they brush on. It takes only five minutes for the pizza to run through the rotating-rack oven because the crust is very thin but it’s ideal if you want a pizza just to your liking without having to pay $ 15. The downside for some to consider is that they don’t deliver. But with their super affordable prices and fresh toppings, I think it’s worth a visit or twenty, in my case.

I want to point out that the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I got the buffalo chicken pizza option. The pizza was nothing special, in fact I would say it was sub-par. The toppings were sparse, and the chicken on it was gross pre-cut little squares, all centered in the middle of my pizza instead of spread out evenly. They were also out of one of the toppings that comes on my pizza, which was surprising because I was the only guest in the place. I got a side of ranch for dipping my pizza in, it was under seasoned and plain.

This was a spur of the moment dinner outing! We waltzed past this quaint place whilst shopping our guts out at City Creek and turned right around once we smelled the aroma of Italian food.(Thanks Mrs. Bird, my first grade teacher, for teaching me the fine art of descriptive words). We ordered two pizzas for four of us, which equaled about $ 4 per person, and it was plenty – giving us each 4 slices to scarf down. Pepperoni was a solid choice, and we also got Barbecue Chicken, which wasn’t my favorite but I still ate it(poor, starving, college student – remember?) There was cilantro and onions which both got picked off; however, the chicken and sauce was incredible. The crust was very thin but I enjoyed it. The customer service was average. They only had one worker taking orders, cooking, and cashier(ing) for the first while. Eventually another showed up to help, but they both needed a fire lit under their hind ends. Either way, the food was still good and came out how we wanted it to :) TIPS&TRICKS: * Sit outside if you want a warm breeze to accompany your meal. * Take a look at the décor, pizza trays make up the light fixtures and the art pieces hanging on the walls are for sale.

This place has THEBESTGLUTENFREECRUSTEVER! They changed gloves and cleaned the area before preparing our pizzas and they even changed utensils before starting our order. The variety of toppings was exceptional and the quality was divine. This is my new favorite pizza place!

A decent reasonably priced fast lunch in north downtown. I have not tried the mix and match custom pizzas but both times I had the Margherita it had a nice thin crust and proper proportions of cheese, tomato and basil. Perky employees. Well kept up with some seating inside and easy access to tables on terrace out of the heaviest flow of CCC traffic.

The pizza is delicious here. The gf crust was especially tasty, but unfortunately if you have an allergy or sensitivity to wheat or gluten I wouldn’t suggest this place. They try to keep things clean but unfortunately there is a lot of cross-contamination. If you don’t have an allergy I really suggest this place for a tasty, build your own pizza.

Create your own Pizza masterpiece is what they advertise and I left feeling like Picasso. The 11″ pizzas(cut into 6 slices) can easily feed two but aren’t too big that you couldn’t finish one yourself if you felt like their 99 cent cookies weren’t enough to tighten the waistband of your pants. Their selection of crusts and toppings are vast but red sauce is all they offer for now.

I am a big fan of Pizza Studio. First off, they respect food allergies and offer a gluten free crust and it is delicious! They have some great pizza options to choose from. Last time eating here, we ordered the Beast and the Moroccan pizza, both really good. It’s a build your own pizza kinda place, so if you want different toppings or extra toppings you can customize your order which is awesome. In that way its similar to some sandwich shops, but at the same time you can’t really compare it because pizza will always beat sandwich in a street fight! I forgot to add, it is a little slow in line. I think it’s because they cook your pizza while you’re in line and they can only put so many in at a time. I’d recommend to them to get a second cooker thing to speed things up a bit when things get busy!

I love this place. My wife and I get the gluten free option and feel healthy after eating here. The process is a little slow, but you’re making a pizza, not a sandwich, so just relax. I feel the price is right cause you can add ANY topping you want and pay the same $ 7.99(+$ 2.00 for gluten free). So I get The Beast then add my favorite veggies on top of it, with the basil finishing touch. The gluten free option is pretty good if you’re into that kind of thing :)

I work in the same building and walk by it all the time, but I’ve never seen it until today. It’s right next to Kneaders, outside, above the food court. It’s kind of tucked away. You’re welcome. It’s kind of a fast food pizza joint. Make your own pizza, or pick a specialty for $ 7.99. You can also get a traditional Margherita, pepperoni, or buffalo chicken for $ 5.99. I’m a fan of Margheritas so I opted for that. You can choose a different crust if you want so I went with the«firecracker», which has cayenne pepper mixed into the dough. The pizzas take a few mins to cook. They are 11 inch thin-crust pizzas so they cook faster, so the crust comes out crispy. Which I happen to like since I’m not a fan of a lot of dough. FYI, you can always order online before you go to avoid the lunch crowd. Overall the flavor is ok and not bad for lunch-time pizza on the go. I really didn’t feel any heat from the«firecracker» crust but probably more from the chile flake I sprinkled on there myself. To be fair, I like super spicy so maybe I’m use to it. The place is super clean with a modern design, and the employees were very friendly as well. I really want to give it 3.5 stars instead of 4 but it’s better than 3. I really want to go back and check out some other pies since I work close by. I definitely think it’s better pizza than Sbarro in the food court. But if you’re downtown, and have more time, there’s better places that can satisfy your pizza craving. But if you’re in the food court, and want some pizza, give it a shot.

I met 4 friends at this restaurant for a birthday celebration. Each of us created our own pizzas,(I was very excited to try the gluten free crust). I was a bit nervous, as this place had been my pick and I hadn’t tried it before and I didn’t want to have the rest of the group disappointed with their meal. No need to be worried! We each loved our creations! Each of the crusts were thin style. Toppings are fresh and there is a good variety of toppings to choose from. I splurged with the pepperoni, since it was nitrate free. There isn’t a lot of space inside the restaurant and the music was a bit too loud, but that has nothing to do with the good. All 4 of us remarked that we would definitely return again.

Oh… My…Hell, by far the slowest service. The pizza artist is eating the toppings as we sit and wait for the pizza to cook. Subpar pizza and slow service, so if you like Subway you get what you pay for. Ps– they peal the olives from a salt pillar.

In Seinfeld season 6 episode 5, titled«The Couch», Kramer wants to open a make your own pizza restaurant. Larry David probably cries a little on the inside every time he sees a new Pizza Studio open up. While being irritated by all the people at City Creek I noticed that someone had a Pizza Studio box. A couple co-workers have talked about the other locations, so I figured we would try it out. We began the search by wandering through the food court. Neither of us had an idea where it was, so we figured this was a good start. People were everywhere. I’ve lived downtown for a little over two years and have never seen the number of people in the food court that I saw today. We did a loop, not seeing it. Then we saw someone with a box abd asked them where it was. They pointed us upstairs. Upstairs was awesome. It was crowded, but nowhere near the crowd below us. Luckily the place knows how to work a line and we had paid in no time. For $ 8 you get an 11 inch all the toppings you want pizza. The toppings are top notch. You can select between several crusts, sauces, and seasonings as well. I went with a firecracker crust, buffalo sauce, banana peppers, olives, spicy sausage, bacon, and pepperoni. I topped it off with Chipotle seasoning and Jamaican jerk. They tossed it in the conveyor belt oven and I had it within 3 minutes. The grease levels were as you would expect. The taste was a delightful fusion of ingredients that have no business being together and the price was just right for two. I’ll be coming back, this tops the same priced food and crowds below.
