Good food but not the best very slow and a bit dirty cashier trying to hit on you that’s totally unprofessional

I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito which was ruined by the barely medium-cooked bacon and slices of a chemical tasting Kraft singles/Velveeta/government cheese hybrid. Maybe there’s other stuff they do better, but I would not recommend this burrito.

If I could I wood give this place zero stars!!! The service was awful! The food was disgusting and flavorless! Worst place to go for Mexican food!

WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Writing this review is hard, considering I have never had a bad experience here – until tonight. This location counter staff was very rude. I was the first person in my group to order. Last person to receive my food. When I asked what happened to my order, I was told by the woman at the counter that she had been yelling my order over and over again – I was sitting right in front of her and never heard anything. I was non-confrontational until this point. She gave me an attitude because she failed to communicate my order effectively. Why argue with a customer who isn’t being combative?! Just give me my food and shut up. Not to mention my burrito wasn’t made the way I ordered it. Go to another location for your fix.

Sure it may be a sketchy area, but the best Mexican usually is in questionable part of town. This place has the best carne asada, whether you choose to have it on a burrito or in fries, you’ll love it! I’ve been to my fair share of this local chain’s stops, and I have to say this one is probably the fastest service and very friendly. Also, always keeps the salsa bar full stocked, which is important for a lime and Green salsa enthusiast like myself.

Just a simple lunch while in town on business, had a been and cheese burrito and it was wonderful. I know, it’s pretty hard to mess it up, but I was impressed. Beans weren’t greasy or overcooked, and the tortillas were fresh! I’m here for two weeks and I’ll be stopping by Rancherito’s again!

Some say it’s location is seedy and that it’s clientele even worse. Never did I feel in danger though as I walked under the nearby overpass just before midnight. Neither did I feel threatened by the obviously homeless man ordering a burrito ahead of me. These are but small obstacles when searching for some late night eats. Open 24/7, I’m sure I’ll be taking that same walk sometime soon.

Looks like a small hole in the wall but amazing food. Very authentic Mexican food and low prices.

My favorite place to go for fast Mexican food… I’ve eaten at many other Beto’s/Rancherito restaurants and their the things I love to order aren’t as good as this Rancherito’s… I love their Super Nachos, Texano Burrito, Carne Asada fries, Crazy Breakfast burrito, 5 rolled tacos and bean burrito… you could pretty much imagine your perfect burrito and ask them to make it just the way you want it… If you dine in, I wouldn’t recommend past 12 midnight because then you’d get annoyed by schemin’ ass crackheads & prostitutes… #IJS After all, it’s North Temple. SMH. LOL…

This place was super gross I’ve heard bad things about it before but never had a bad experience and just liked getting the California burrito. But now the above pictures of the artery were In that burrito and I almost threw up. I will never eat there again. Adiós RANCHERITOS!

I will personally refund your money if the bean and cheese burrito with guacamole isn’t one of the best things you’ve ever eaten. And it’s less than $ 4.00! Do the drive thru at this place – sketchy neighborhood; really great food.

Somehow… for some reason… the most decent carnitas I’ve ever had in a restaurant in Utah has been here. When I say decent, im not bad mouthing it. I usually dont bother ordering anything with carnitas in a restaurant cause they never do it right. Proper carnitas is an art. Carnitas done right will change your life and make you question the universe. Its happened to me a handful of times and it was always homemade. With buckets of lard in a copper cazo being stired by a freaking oar. Even then, you have to know what you’re doing. I realize that its not practical to do it that way in a restaurant setting so I imagine most places just dice some pork and fry it for a bit. Viola! Carnitas! Negative. But this Rancheritos has come the closest I’ve ever come across in Utah. Im not even sure what made me order the carnitas tacos but they are pretty damn good. Im almost afraid to try the carnitas at any other Rancheritos cause im afraid I’ll be disappointed.

Best burritos in town. Sketchy atmosphere but I’ll drive 20 minutes to get here just because they make the most delicious chicken burrito(I ask them to put everything in it, making it a «super burrito»). The chile relleno burrito is also amazing.
