Just had a ridiculous experience at this location. Bad customer service, but more than anything didn’t make sense! Walked in with my family to switch four lines over from AT&T to the Sprint Family Share Pack on the iPhone For Life deal… guy told us that they close on thirty minutes and he needed another 15 min to finish activating the lady in front of us, and 15 minutes won’t be enough time to write up the contracts. He said«We’re open tomorrow at 10, can you come back tomorrow?» Um. What? I understand it’s close to closing, but I am having a hard time understanding giving up a 4-line switch all because he didn’t want to stay after close a little longer to finish the contracts? Maybe I’m missing something, like their computers shut down at 6pm? I think that’s pretty unlikely, but if there was some other reason he really should have communicated it other than«Not enough time»; he just came off as lazy and unwilling to do his job of serving the customer. Customer service issues and schedules aside, don’t these guys work for commission? So… I’m pretty sure he just gave up a sale of four lines all because he didn’t want to stay past close or maybe even work a little bit faster. I’ve been in and out of Verizon with three new lines in less than 15 minutes so it’s definitely possible. To the owner of Connected Wireless: the service of the gentleman working tonight(Sunday 2÷22÷15) needs to come under serious review, because he just lost you four new line-switches with four iPhone leases.
