I showed them that I had a reward, and the person at the cash register told me to pay. After paying, I noticed she charged me for my free drink, so I went and told her. She said that I didn’t tell her I had a reward and talked back, making it look like none of it was her fault… what an awful experience… don’t think I will come back anytime soon.

Quiet and clean like average Starbucks. Go there one a week to have a cup of drink :). No drive through unfortunately… But I still love the place

I will put 4 stars as I am afraid they will filtered my review. l
I love this Starbucks. The employees are very nice. My drinks are always 180 degrees as I always request :). It can get crowed early morning. Inside has more places to sit than the other one. I come here with friends to sit, talk and enjoy coffee.

If you don’t know what to expect, well then you must not be from around here.
Coffee and choices are good, little pricey for a drink.

I use this drive thru regularly, the line moves pretty quick and there is always good service. Inside is nice and comfortable although I haven’t had the chance to spend much time in here. I highly recommend for a great and quick cup of java if your in the area.

Terrible service! Unprofessional — waited 10 minutes while girl behind counter flirted with boy at counter working on hi transactions as I watched four people work drive thru — 8 cars went by, no movement in my order line

This Café is comfortable, casual, professional, and loud. I visit a lot of stores often but it’s not everywhere that one can become a regular. I enjoy vising this café, when I’m in the area.
The barista and customer behavior at this store show that this shop is more than a coffee stand. The parking is sometimes limited. Eastlake High school is 700 feet away; the shop is sometimes crowded with adolescents.
This shop could boast free wifi, many tables, several 3-​prong outlets, and plenty of staff.

Clean, friendly space with a high table in the middle. I believe this is one of three Starbucks in Sammamish. It’s good for hanging out and chilling with friends.
