The sandwhich was a little dry even with sauce and aside from that just average but here is why they get a 2 star review. Customer service. I am not talking of «Oh the lights weren’t dim enough» I am saying this. I go here every day for lunch and it’s always the same except for yesterday when I went and the oven was broken, the emloyes were fighting, they were being very rude and called my friend a jerk when he walked in too tell me something. Also when the finished making my sandwhich the cashier left to make other sandwhiches leaving me at the cash register for nearly 10 minutes along with 3 other people who she also ditched. All in all customer service is terrible but I guess that’s what you get when you pay $ 6 for a sandehich, chips, and drink.

This place is run by shady people. Either the owner tells the workers to do these shady things or the workers choose to but doesn’t matter they’re shady . I came to this subway for a whole week now because of a job site a few blocks away so anything better than McDonalds right? The first few times I came here I realized they don’t use the small cheap cups anymore or they ran out so they charge me for the medium sized one when I said the small and they directed me to the cups on the right and of course I grab whichever one is available right? I check my receipts like any normal person and noticed I was charged a medium sized drink so I’m like whatever not a big deal. The same few times this has happened then one day I asked for a small one of the guys gives me a paper cup from under the register that isn’t on the right to grab yourself when I asked for a small cup. I realized they probably hide those cups so it forces people to buy the larger ones. Sly ass bishes. Anyway, the reason for this bad review today was because after finding out how they do their shit I realized they’re probably doing it on purpose. Today I go in after being asked if I wanted bacon or avocado in my sandwhich and declining I asked for a small cup and the cashier tried to fool me again like he did the first time. He points to the medium and large cups on the right and says«are those okay?» And I respond«uh don’t you guys have the regular paper ones?». He then says«let me check» and without even checking while ringing me up pushing buttons on the cash register he miraculously grabbed the cup from right under without even looking or «checking» whether they had anymore or not. I wouldn’t really mind if I got the bigger medium cup every time for extra .20cents but trying to hide the cups in order to sell more of the larger cups to customers that are unaware is wrong and bad way to run a business. Let’s just hope people read these reviews and don’t let businesses like this fool people just so they could profit a little more.

Stopped in yesterday on lunch break from a job in San Anselmo, ordered a footlong meatball w/provolone on Italian herbs & cheese. My partner ordered an Italian BMT on sourdough. After finishing our sandwiches we began have stomach pains/nausea combined with a lethargic feeling lasting the rest of the day. Woke up this morning for work feeling similar & my partner had thrown up before meeting for our commute. Had to throw away my boss’ footlong meatball so our whole crew wouldn’t be down for the rest of this job. Safe to say I’ll never eat at this crummy establishment, it’s about the farthest thing from eating fresh.

Never a huge Subway fan to begin with, but would drop by this location on occasion for a quick sando on the run, but never again. Was noticing the last couple of months, the impression of hard sell for extras like extra meat, bacon, avocado, chips, soda etc. etc. No idea if this comes from the corp. or the owner of this franchise or just peppy workers but, long story short, ordered a foot long tuna on wheat and kept getting asked if I wanted bacon? Ya, errr, there is nothing better than a good bacon and tuna sandwich but not today, bro. «No thanks» I answered 3 different times. So we’re all finished and cha-ching! Hand him a 10 and he gives me a dollar back” «What? 9 bucks for a tuna sandwich?» I noticed on receipt, ah! extra charges for bacon AND avocado! Well f*** me! What’s a tuna and bacon sandwich without avocado? After pointing this out to the employee who made my sando(I was the only one in the store and he was the only guy there) he proceeded to repeat the same mistake, on the what I imagine is a keyboard with pictures on the buttons of various sandwiches and hands me an identical receipt. OK now I’m starting to get frustrated. «Excuse me again but, you’re charging me for 2 things I never ordered,» OK so now he rings it up correctly and hands me the correct receipt with no money and says«thank you.» Alrighty now I’m getting salty about the whole thing. «Dude, you haven’t refunded me any money!» Guy proceeds to point to the change tray and tells me «that’s where the change comes out.» That’s fascinating but«Look man! you charged me $ 9.00 for a $ 6 sandwich!» So he reaches into the cash drawer and hands me a $ 1 bill. Since employee turnover is so high at these kinda places, I would doubt the creator of the bacon, tuna and avocado sub sandwich even works there anymore. Purely a knock on service, the product itself is underwhelming to begin with.

Wanted 2 breakfast combos, women said she couldn’t do it because it’s not on her register. But the sign was up behind her. And She was rude. Had it with Subways mediocre employees.

I usually like subway sandwiches, but here, things are a little-off. Pros: –the workers are very friendly –the place looks clean Cons: –the bread was kind of stale, and old-tasting –some other ingredients seemed pretty old too –workers seemed untrained and slow. Some of the workers looked confused about the orders and did not know how to make them. Recommended? No. Go somewhere else at all cost.

Okay so I’ve been to two different Subways in two different cities and find the same problem. Though I see the commercials and see their hand out that says ‘Our Best Bread Yet!’ Both locations failed to have in stick my bread choices. No Italian. No sourdough. To be out if one kind is one thing. But two different breads? Not even apologetic about it. So I’ll be warned… it appears Subways are having bread issues. On a positive note this location was clean and well stocked on other items.

Staff is very well trained and makes good sandwiches fast, there is a new guy who kinda sucks but I’m sure hell catch on soon, it’s a pretty normal routine subway but I like their sandwiches

My daughter just went to get a sub for herself. A teen age boy and his mom were holding up the line by a half hour, figuring out who was paying, paying for a bag, then deciding to order another sandwich. Rude, YES. However, it is up to the subway store to let someone else help the customers especially during lunch hour or if someone is indecisive and taking forever. By the time my daughter was ready to order there was a big line. This Subway has the worst, most pathetic customer service. People beware of frusrating and inept service each and every time.

However, after the issue I experienced there will be no more business. The sign said they were open and I was there 20 minutes before they closed. However the staff had already cleaned and put everything away. They said sorry but we close in 20 minutes and everything is put away. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and each time I call the number listed on their complaint line. Enough is enough. Back up your store hours to be accurate or stay open for customers!!!
