LB and her friends were too busy talking about getting drunk and last night’s party. Didn’t greet or say thank when we entered. There was only one customer in there. Always shopped at Harley store. Need retraining of staff. Had a bad experience.

I stopped there during a recent business trip but forgot to purchase a shirt for a friend. I called and asked manager to pick a shirt and mail it to me using my credit card for payment. Unfortunately, the only way to purchase a shirt over the internet is to send a money for the shirt and then they would mail. Not worth that!

First time here and if they keep up the great service they gave me yesterday, I’ll be elevating my rating to 5 stars. Just stopped in for a safety inspection. Pulled right in and was done within 10 minutes. Needed an extender to put the inspection sticker on and they placed it and didn’t charge me an overpriced fee. Lots of bikes up and downstairs, but they do not have as much gear and accessories as other places I’ve been. Would be nice to see more choices such as boots, head gear, etc. Staff was cool, but this is not unusual.

You won’t find any bikes for sale here; just a gift shop overlooking the riverwalk with Harley apparel and the normal tchotchkes. Shot glasses, hats, mens and womens clothing, stickers, etc. The wife and I caught this place out of the corner of our eye while crossing the street above the river walk. Where the sign is; you round the corner and go two shops down towards Dick’s and County line. We picked out a couple of the token souvenir shirts and headed out. Usual Harley Davidson up charge on clothing; yet we managed not to spend a hundy. That’s what the HD in Harley Davidson stands for; you never get out of the dealership for under a hundred dollars. Friendly staff and some stying clothes the the Rooster clan.
