Allison Legnon Photography

We hired Allison for an extended shoot to capture our daughter’s standing milestone, my pregnancy, and our first family Christmas. We provided all props and set ups. All she brought to the shoot was an old blanket. The package we paid for included a set number of digital files, and although she edited and provided over 25 additional images hardly any are usable. In absolutely every picture, someone’s eyes are partially or totally closed, posture is poor, the composition is off centered or limbs are cut off, the depth of the picture is too far to even make out facial features, or facial expressions are completely unprepared. Out of the over 75 pictures that were edited there are exactly 3 that we have been able to utilize. My maternity pictures have absolutely no variety… they are various distances of the exact same pose. Essentially we paid her several hundred dollars for 3 images, which is beyond frustrating and disappointing. Upon requesting a refund for the horrible results we received, Allison suggested that I go through the approximately 400 pictures that she took that day and choose other images to edit or go through the issues that we had with the ones that were edited and tell her what needs to be corrected. I refuse to do any of this, as it is her job and is what she was paid to do the first time. I don’t understand why she wasted her time editing so many images that are clearly not good pictures, nor are they a reflection of the work that is shown on her Facebook page and website. She has shown a poor level of customer service by still refusing to honor a request for a refund. Our experience with Allison Legnon Photography has been disgusting.
