We bought a new TV and a 4K server from the Magnolia department in Best Buy at La Cantera. We called to let them know it stopped working after the last installer came out. We never heard from them again.. So we have a really nice system with surround sound that we can only use ½ of. Poor customer service. We even changed out our router at their suggestion and it was worse. Not a happy customer. I wanted a month to write this review because I was giving them the opportunity to step up and take care of their customer. That has not happened.
