Worst customer service and just plain lack of common sense in the supervisor and cash register gal! Just wanted to buy one small product for my printer and they made big huge deal over using a 10% off coupon that the post office sent me when I relocated. Actually I had two of them and gave one to the guy that let me go in front of him. He used it and worked just fine, he went on his way. I waited 15 minutes while the supervisor went and checked online to see if my cartridge was an exclusion on that 10% are you kidding me ?? He then came back and was like «im not gonna worry about it I don’t know why the register rejected it.» Blah blah anyway if you sign up for rewards with Best Buy you get 15% off right then but since I will not be returning here for any of my electronic needs I didn’t even want to bother with giving my info to these guys!

Worst I’ve been to!
I waited just for 20 minutes in line just waiting for a representative and I looked every for employee and when I found one I asked for something and all he said was «I wouldn’t know I work in Home Theatre.»
So yeah just to give my first bad review ever

Good product… Service is terrible.

The worst best buy we have ever been to. Every employee, just hanging out, talking to each other. No one to greet us, no one to help us. We were wanting to buy a MacBook and look at the flat screens, nope didn’t happen. Then, someone accidentally set off an alarm at the Apple section, it was on for 15 mins. Not one person around to shut it off. I get it, they don’t get paid on commission, doesn’t mean they can huddle up with each other and ignore customers.

I purchased a Space Gray iPhone 5s on ⁹⁄₂₀ and shortly after I decided I wanted the Silver one instead, so I purchased that one as well. Today, I went into this store to return the Space Gray one (keep in mind it is less than 2 weeks old and has been in a case from day one and after waiting in line for over 15 minutes they told me they could not return it because there were «scuffs» on the side of it. I looked on the side and there was two small pieces of lint if that. They recommended I drive all the way across town to the store where I purchased it from. Meanwhile, I drove not even 5 minutes down the street to the Best Buy Mobile store and they took it back without instance. Very poor service. You treat your customers like trash and you forget it’s customers spending their hard-​earned money in YOUR stores that keep YOU employed. Think about that next time you want to bring up «scuffs.»

A dying breed. Anymore, I just to go Best Buy to look at the things that I will purchase on Amazon. The employees must recognize this in me, because they really kind of leave me alone (catch-22…something I like and resent at the same time).

You know what you are getting with Best Buy. Mediocre service at best, high prices, and limited selection. Unfortunately, sometimes you need something RIGHT NOW, and they are basically the only game in town. With the new price-​matching guarantee, at least you won’t get gouged if you do your homework, but shopping at Best Buy is still sort of like dating someone you aren’t really into. Sure, a 3am booty call is better than crushing loneliness, but you know you will hate yourself a little bit after. This is what buying a $ 40 HDMI cable feels like.
I would kill my grandmother for a Fry’s in San Antonio, as an aside. Have you ever seen one? It’s nerd mecca.

Very nice experience at this Best Buy.
1. They had the camera that my husband wanted — always a plus. We had help in under 2 minutes of finding the camera on display.
2. They had fantastic deals on 3D BluRay movies — less than $ 20! These movies are usually upwards of $ 30 – 40 and cannot be found at places like Target and Walmart (usually) because the 3D technology isn’t considered mainstream enough…
3. When checking out, I noticed a price discrepancy. The guy checking us out followed up, checked, verified, and did the right thing. We got the advertised price.
4. When we asked about finding a product elsewhere (that this BB was currently out of), they generously listed several other places nearby that we could try for our convenience.
All in all, impressed.
Overall: Recommend.

The CD’s and movie’s are always out of alphabetical order! It looks like the staff doesn’t even bother to organize ever. I can never find what I’m looking for (DVD or CD) and when I do its always placed somewhere way out of music genre or order. Oh! And one time I was there with my friends and I had to go to the bathroom, and believe me when I say this, it was the worst bathroom I have ever seen! I would rather use a porta-​potty at a construction site. If your looking for a great best buy close by go to one at Alamo Ranch they do an Awesome job! You can always find what you are looking for!
