Angelita was very helpful in finding my perfect wedding dress! The staff there are welcoming, inviting and knowledgeable. The dresses are gorgeous and they have a great variety! I am very pleased with my experience and can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my perfect dress and veil that I found here!!!

Found my dream dress there by accident. I stopped by to look at wedding items and wound up looking at the dresses. With Amanda’s help, I tried on several beautiful dresses, one of which was «the one». I came back the next day with my future MIL and we worked with T. Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Can’t wait to go back with my bridal party and look for their dresses.

Best place in San Antonio if you are looking for your wedding dress, the personal is very knowledgeable and helpful, they don’t rush you, on the other hand they support you and help you make a decision. It’s a great place to have fun while you are trying on wedding dresses. I loved it

I met with T on Saturday. She was a dream to work with! My mom, future mother in law and sister had a great morning trying on different styles. She walked us through all the different styles, made great recommendations to accommodate our needs, and really listened to my likes and dislikes for each dress before recommending the next style, as well as our overall budget. She was great help getting into each dress (so much fabric!!) and even gave great accessorizing tips! We spent the morning at Bridal Connection, went to lunch and visited one other San Antonio bridal shop. We left the second shop very disappointed and headed back to Bridal Connection to make our purchase. Thank you T for helping me find my dream gown!!!

They have a wide selection and an excellent staff. They know their inventory, they are attentive, friendly, & fast. Viva helped my group and she was absolutely fabulous!!! FABULOUS! She somehow made sense of my hodge-​podge description of my perfect dress and quickly pulled an amazing selection. She was so nice and personable it made the experience fun. We had just come from a horrible experience at another shop so needless to say my group of 6 was a little difficult at first. She handled us with patience, grace, and understanding. We were having fun within 5 minutes. She is amazing.
I found THE dress within 30 minutes of being there. We had an awesome time. The selection is high quality, the price ranges are amazing, and they have a wide selection. I could not have been happier. As a matter of fact all the brides to be said yes to the dress (there were 3 of us). Trust me that speaks volumes.

This store deserves a five because they truly offer a pleasant customer experience. The lady who waited on me knew I was not in the business of purchasing an expensive wedding dress. She still treated me as if I was. I purchased a beautiful white dress for our wedding renewal in Hawaii. I highly recommend this store for every women who wants to be treated as being a VIP customer.

Angelita and Rafael are absolutely the BEST!!! They made me feel like the ONLY BRIDE in the world! I walked out feeling like Cinderella, they have taken care of my wedding party just the same! When I have a question they respond and take action as if I am their only customer and I just LOVE THEM!!! Thank you ladies you are a dream come true!!! Amazing service! Angelita and Rafaela were incredibly sweet. They listened to what I had in mind for my wedding dress, and were very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. They were never pushy and were truly invested in my finding the perfect dress. I had a hard time picking the one as they had a great selection of all very beautiful dresses! I will recommend Bridal Connection to all my friends.

I just bought my wedding gown today with help from Angelita. She listened to what I wanted and was patient as I made my decision– even helped by adding a veil, bouquet, and other accessories to complete the look. I only had to try on 6 dresses before I found the one!

I recently started looking for a bridal salon that offers a pleasing environment and personal service for my daughter’s gown selection. Soooo I just did drop-​ins. After visiting several that were sorely lacking in customer connection, I found The Bridal Connection refreshing. Viva, the manager, was extremely welcoming and helpful. Needless to say my daughter and I returned with an appointment to preview and try on gowns. It was a great experience for my daughter as the staff listened to her needs and were very kind and not pushy. Let me repeat… NOT PUSHY. Other salons have not been so. She did find a couple of gowns that really stood out and we hope to return to THE BRIDAL CONNECTION to make a purchase. I hope to report soon that we have a gown!

My mom came to pick up my dress since I live in Houston and wasn’t able too, it fit perfect the seamstress did a perfect job and she tied little bows under my dress so the train was nice and tucked away for transport. Still impressed that I walked in and out of this bridal salon in such a short amount of time completely satisfied. :-)

I went in this past weekend to search for Bridesmaid dresses, and to look for a gown. Maxie was so wonderful with everything! She’s so understanding with everything, and not only listens but genuinely cares about your experience. I had, had a horrible experience with a previous boutique, that was local, and it seemed to me that they only really cared about getting a dress out of the store. This was not the case here! Viva, and Maxie helped search for bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, and didn’t mind at all that my almost 2 year old daughter and almost 3 year old niece was jumping from platform to platform, and enjoying themselves. It’s a breath of fresh air to know that a local Bridal store will not only cater to the Bride, but to the bride’s entire family! We felt so comfortable, and welcome. Last but not least, I would love to express my deepest gratitude to the owner, Roman Garcia. For a TV personality, and comedian, his hands are full, but he listens to his Brides, and is the nicest person! Previous reviews should be ignored, and I HIGHLY recommend Bridal Connection to every bride in San Antonio, and surrounding areas. It’s well worth the drive for the experience and the treatment these wonderful ladies, and gentleman, have to offer. «You get what you pay for», is an understatement!

I came across Bridal Connection (second floor of Rolling Oaks Mall) through the Bridal Extravaganza and was interested because they were advertising a trunk show of a designer I really liked. This was the first dress shop I went to. I showed up with my daughter and a friend for my scheduled appointment. I can’t recall now the name of the lady that assisted me, but I do know it was nearing the end of her shift. I know this because she kept telling me. She pulled dresses by that designer, but nothing from the pictures I brought with me. The dresses were pretty much passed from one dressing room to the next, and after rushing me through trying on several dresses she mentioned for the second time that maybe I should schedule a second appointment. Not because I was there too long, or indecisive, but 25 minutes and about 5 dresses in. I left with no dress and no desire to ever return. Even for a trunk show the prices were not all that great, the selection was minimal, but most importantly, the staff was not prepared and not concerned about my time. I was extremely dissapointed by them. I ended up buying from Mayfair bridal off of Broadway and 410. It’s not much to look at, the dresses are cramped in there, but they pulled most of the designer dresses I brought pictures of and their customer service was fantastic. They did all of my alterations and kept the dress there for me until the day before the wedding so I never had to worry about it.

The new owners of this establishment have no concept of customer service. I purchased a dress from this store and was assured that leaving the dress there until the fitting was complete would be part of the service. I received a call yesterday to come pick up the dress and was told it is my responsibility to contact a seamstress for the fittings. When I asked why, I was told by the New manager they didn’t have room to store the gowns. The staff who worked at the store before the new owner took over have left. I strongly encourage you not to use this business for your wedding needs if it is important to you!

Let me preface this by saying that I did not end up getting my wedding dress here. I did have a wonderful experience, though. The staff in the store were helpful and kind. I would recommend this store to anyone; they simply just didn’t have what I was looking for!
