First time back here in a couple years, and I can say wow what a disappointment. First off walking through the restaurant to the bar area and the scenery has takin a serious crash. BWW is to be a real sports bar, meaning typically a male oriented place (sorry for all you SJWs), meaning there is suppose to be some half decent eye candy. This wasn’t the case. But besides that, I go to the bar and order a beer. The bartender then ask for my id which I understand is procedure, but then declined because it was a temporary ID because I’m waiting on my new one from the DPS. Even after providing additional plastic with the same name they still declined. Not only am I absolutely triggered but I left still thirsty and without a buzz. Wings are pretty decent though. But all and all BWW is not to be saluted. This experience was worst than the time I got scabies. GG

This place is horrible!!! The wings were served as if they had been under a heat lamp all day. I enjoy a good wing but refuse to return to any BWs! It was really bad.

It drives us crazy how slow the service is every single time. You go to any other BWW in town and it’s efficient service. This particular BWW has ALWAYS had issues.

Please avoid this place! We had 30 ppl+. Called the day before to make sure we will have a table and they really fail! We waited more than an 1 HOUR to get sit, our kids were hungry, fuzzy of waiting. After getting sitting we didn’t got our food until an Hour Later again ! Really? Management was no help at all ! No even a Sorry for the inconvenience, we working on it ! Really???

I had take out from here on a busy night, however I showed up 15 min after calling my order in (it was to be ready in 20 min), I waited an additional 15 min for my food so I figured they hadn’t begun preparing it seeing as it was busy, but then I get my food, drive to my home 6 minutes away, open my food and it was all cold. COLD. The cheesy fries were hard also and tasted old. Our wings were icy on the inside… it was disgusting. So I don’t know why I was made to wait if the food was gonna be cold anyways. So no, I won’t be dining here anytime soon again.

This review is based on most BWW are bad and this was is above average.
I got a pick up order around 9:20. The folks who worked here were polite. They seemed to have a general idea of what was going on and were prompt. My order came out as ordered. Got them home crisp as ordered; properly sauced. Wings were really big and cooked really well.
Best meal I have ever had at a BWW.

The service is really slow, to get our drinks I had to flag down a manager because our server kept forgetting us. Ever drink order, food order was a struggle. It was so annoying that during half time we just went home to finish watching the game. The wings are good and so are the potato wedges, if I go back it will be ordered for pick up.

If you are a football fan wanting to watch a specific game, I would avoid this BWW. I went there today to watch the Rams play (I know, I know) and they were showing it in the corner. But a quick scan of the room showed that the only team logos in the place besides my Jersey were Seahawk fans (our opponent) so I requested the audio be changed to hear the game we were all watching. The manager informed me that the game wasn’t as important as the Cardinals/​Packers game and the audio would remain. It was faitly clear by the sounds the whole place was making that not a single table was watching that game, but it remained the managers primary concern. Obviously they are less concerned with the customers and more concerned about his fantasy football team.
Again, avoid if you are wanting to watch a specific team. I’ll be heading back to my usual Wings and Rings location from now on.

Manager is a tool. Plays football, baseball, basketball loud enough to be called a sports bar. Wont turn the sound on for US Mens National team soccer because «we are not a sports bar, we are a restaurant». Um what?
Really it was because one table sitting in the bar didnt want to hear the game. Really? Its a freaking sports bar. If you dont want to hear the sports, go sit in the restaurant area not the bar.
I used to go here once a week. but alas you have lost all of my business.

Friendly and attentive service. Sat at the bar and was promptly helped. Order came out great and our waitress was attentive without being overbearing. This place doesn’t seem to get too crowded, which is a huge plus.

I’m sad to see the decline of this establishment. It was certainly top notch back in the day and my husband and I frequented the place. Then problems started with not keeping the beer lines clean or wine option stocked for backup.
The staff turnover continually proves frustrating and it’s not really bringing in younger patrons. But most recently the kitchen refused to spin my tenders in sauce. The bartender stated that“since we have gone corporate we don’t do it anymore”.
I’m sorry, I thought this is exactly what you did. Once a restaurant allows the cook (not Chef mind you) to dictate what a customer can be served, that restaurant is on the way out. Trust me, I’ve seen it before. Bye bye Bw3s!

Has buffalo wild wings quality food, but the service lacks management and quality. If you dont mind some serious sub par service or not feeling obligated to tip, this is the wild wings for you.

Terrible service. The girls tried, but at a moment we were calling for a server to come our way, and six of them were busy talking amongst themselves.
It took forever to get a ranch dip after the food was served.
Food is good, not excellent.

I came here to watch the Saints game. They had it set up to change channels when the game started, which it did. The manager changed it back to the previous game because «someone wanted to watch the end of the game.» The game was over. 20 – 9 but instead of just letting things roll, they turned it back for this other person with 1 minute left. Wrong answer. I will take my $ 40.00 I usually spend on Sundays somewhere else. Never again BWW. Never again.

Maybe the last visit ever !!! Since corporate is right by this location they all come in witch is nice supporting the company !!! BUT the most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen they come by my daughter and I’s table loud yelling across the room at some waitress for his chips along with another guy reprimanding some employees one by one … Needless to say right next to us and then asking other employees about issues ok isn’t there a damn office close to here along with I’m sure the managers office !!! Needs some looking into if I had some names I would put it on here !!!

I love the draft beer here, it’s ice cold! The wings are very tasty. I love the jammin jalapeño, Asian zing and the desert heat, extra crispy! I always like to get their onion rings to go with my wings. They come with a southwest sauce that I love!

I love the bar area at this location because its not too big and not too small. We were able to get a table front and center for some basketball games so that was awesome! I am not a fan of the appetizers at any BWW so we never order those– save your money. The wings however are amazing! I love spicy food so i always go for the Mango Habenero flavor. It is awesomely spicy and sweet and i have never found another flavor of sweet/​spicy that compares to the Mango Habenero at BWW. The beer choices are great and if you go on a Tues/​Thurs you can get special prices on traditional/​boneless depending which day you go.
I will definitely continue to go to BWW but my major word of advice is skip the apps.

I ate ONE Parmesean Garlic wing. The taste of the sauce induced immediate nausea, couldn’t finish the rest. I don’t know what that sauce was, but it tasted wrong. Now I’m sick.

Typical BWs… Cold beer. Lots of TVs. Friendly staff. The service was quick as I sat at the bar. They could do a better job transitioning the TVs once a game ends (a few went to a blank screen).
The boneless wings are hard to beat.
They usually have some sort of beverage special.
Good place for a group of pals or just a solo guy like I was. Easy to strike up conversations. Anti-​snooty atmosphere.
