The water comes out to like $ 75 for two people. Ridiculous. The manager is never there. She doesn’t let us know when are packages are there. They shut off the water all the time and they still over charge. It’s so dumb. My old apartments cost way less then these and the manager was always attentive and actually cared about us. Not worth the «low price»

I have lived in Calypso for a long time but in the last 3 – 6 months they have raised the rent, Apartments, Cars and The laundry room is constantly being broken into. I have kept photos and online detail about how many time its switched because of shootings, stabbings and the theft here its not funny however the location is great and i do not have time to move so i got renters Insurance and Full Coverage. At least ill get paid.
