I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I wish I had read more honest reviews before we hired Carnival.
I wouldn’t recommend this company – ever – to anyone. Brad seems like a nice person, but he over promised and way under delivered. His crew lacks craftsmanship and attention to detail. The whole job was sloppy and sub par. They tried to cut corners wherever possible. The experience was frustrating and the results awful. I cringe every time I look at it. In the end, we paid them just so they would finally leave.
