Love it here! I would rather drive back home just to eat at this location. Staff is very friendly and always gives my dog treats at the drive thru!

I always check my food before I pull out of any drive-​tru. So just my luck the night i decided to grab and go, when I get home the chicken nuggets for my son’s Kids meal is not in the bag :/
I called to let them know but didn’t feel like turning back and getting the missing item tonight. When I asked if I could get it tomorrow the manager offered to DELIVER it to my house! Yes, please and thank you! I never fault people for mistakes, it happens to the best of us, what I look at is your willingness to find a solution. Their customer service went above and beyond. I always had great experiences with Chick-​fil-​A and this is just another example of why they Rock!

I love chick-​fil-​a but this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. On numerous occasions I have had bad service, found a hair in my drink/​food, and most recently I ordered a breakfast #1 with cheese. Not only did they not put the cheese but when I returned and asked them if they could please fix it they just put a slice of cheese on it without melting it. Will not be going back.

It’s sad that I have to write a 2-​star review for a Chick-​fil-​a location, but after having 3 messed-​up drive-​thru orders, all on different weeks, it’s apparent to me that there is an issue with this location.
The first incident involved the store apparently connecting a bag of Diet Coke syrup to their Coca-​Cola dispenser. After getting my food, I realized that my Coke was a Diet Coke, and had to drive back to get a new drink. When I received my new drink, it was ALSO a Diet Coke. I just gave up, and continued my day.
The second incident involved them not providing a food item that I ordered. When I got home, I was missing an item that was not even at their window when I was grabbing the items. Usually, I check my food before I leave drive-​thru, but as I have had great experiences with Chick-​fil-​a locations never messing up my orders in the past, I did not even think of doing so. I had to drive back and did get my missing item, but I should not have had to do so.
And the third incident, which is something small, but still, after the previous experiences, annoyed me a bit: I ordered soup, and was not provided a spoon. Yeah, rather minor, but where I was going did not have spoons, so I was left with absolutely no way to eat the soup.
So … Chick-​fil-​a … Great food, but I recommend avoiding this location (at least drive-​thru) until they get their act together and stop messing up orders.

No complaints the food is always hot and the service is great. Theres never a long wait there.

This is one of the best Chick-​fil-​A locations I have been in. There are fresh flowers at every table, the staff if friendly and accommodating, there is pleasant music playing. I feel comfortable and welcome here. Thank you Chick-​fil-​A!

This location provides the best service of any fast food restaurant I have ever gone to. It is very clean, and they leave no stone unturned in making your visit perfect. Complimentary newspapers to read, mouth wash in the restrooms, the person who takes your order delivers it to you. No plastic number to hold on to, no one announcing your name or a number of an intercom. Fast, friendly, fresh food every time. I own and run two businesses and I do very well, but I am amazed at the level of service they provide.

Love love love this place! I could eat here everyday! Everyone is so friendly and the food never disappoints! I would suggest this location to anyone.

This location is always ready for your arrival and staff are very polite/​accommodating.
I like coming for their breakfast options, their coffee is always nice and strong. The chicken biscuit with hash browns is never a let down.

I’m not a big fan of fast food. But we’ve had a few meals here, especially when we first moved to San Antonio and hadn’t received our household goods yet. Cheap and convenient. So we partook.
Not sure if all Chick-​fil-​As are doing it, but I know this location has family fun night and story time. I think that’s pretty neat. Also neat are their waffle fries and mouthwash in the restroom.
So while the food is not stellar, it gets the job done when we don’t have time for a proper sit down meal.

I usually get breakfast in the mornings here. Great staff and service. However if you are truly from Atlanta the chicken portions are smaller for breakfast. But other than that its great

Always very clean and friendly staff. The kids play area is safe and easy to watch your child. The food quality is always top shelf.

Great location. They have family nights which is wonderful. I also receive Text messages of their weekly or monthly specials. Sometimes they have buffet night or craft night. We always have fun at Chick Fil A

Like just about everything else on the NE side, things on 78s are much calmer than things on I-​35. This place is no exception.
The pace is more laid back, there aren’t barbarian hordes breaking down the doors and the drive thru is pretty speedy.

What can I say??? I LOVE Chick-​fil-​a!
Their chicken sandwich is awesome… but if you’re wanting to be healthy they have WONDERFUL salads!
I like this location! The people are always friendly — which is pretty consistent with Chick-fil-a’s across the board. I went in to this one while I was in the shopping center, and they even brought my salad to me – I thought it was an extra nice touch — and he bought a pepper grinder with him. Great customer service.
This location does a wonderful job of staffing the restaurant to keep up with peak hours.
Great location and close to other shopping!
