This Chipotle was one of the best. The only other location i have received delicious, warm food and great service is over by Broadway. This location gave me the same great service and fresh food I was expecting. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the ppl behind the counter. As I was ordering I noticed they were out of chicken. I thought they were going to scrape the bowl and give me leftover, but instead they gave me some fresh chicken. They skimped out on the cheese and the corn salsa which is my only complaint but aside from that I was satisfied with everything there. I would recommend this chipotle location to anyone because even though this location was busy they still have great customer service! I hope the free salmonella they were giving out is over with lol

ALFONSO is amazing!!! He always looks out for his regular customers and he goes above and beyond! Thank you for always making sure my food is ready and I get to eat! My lunch time is usually so limited. That is customer service!

I love Chipotle chicken any way I can get it: burrito, bowl, crispy tacos! I only wish the portions were a little more standardized across locations. Some places give me lots of chicken, while others can be stingy. This particular Chipotle is pretty good about giving me a decent amount of chicken in my bowls. That makes me really happy!

This is the worst Chipotle location I have visited. The restaurant is never clean. The staff isn’t the friendliest. The bowls are not packed like other locations. I feel like they purposely add as little as possible. They FORGET guac, even when you clearly order it and pay for it. This isn’t the McDonald’s drive through, I shouldn’t have to double check to make sure an order is right before leaving. I wouldn’t even come back here for free food.

I was a little disappointed with this Chipotle location because it wasn’t as clean as some of the others I’ve visited. My observation began as I parked my vehicle & walked into the restaurant. I noticed that the windows were excessively dirty. This was a bad first impression. The dining room also showed signs of neglect. The staffing was courteous, but not overly cheerful as some of the other Chipotle locations. Additionally, my meal meat portion was smaller than usual. I still like the Chipotle brand & products. Next time I’ll visit one of the other locations.

When the gut demons screech their horrible song, and there is no time to waste, I journey to the buildings of polished steel and wood. One can find these buildings with great ease, for they are vastly scattered throughout this world. The buildings of polished steel are occupied by food-slaves who make the food things wrapped in edible cloth. The food-slaves at this particular outpost are most delightful! They are able to wrap the food things in edible cloth with quickness and ease, greater than many of the food-slaves I have encountered before. It is as if their master has beaten them all with wooden spoons and broken their hopes and dreams! If so, this is a most effective master, and if I ever lay my eyes on this master I will grant them all of my stars of wanting.

Ordered a burrito bowl… It was pretty shallow. Only one other time have I been to a chipotle where they gave me a lot less. It was about half spoonfuls of salsa. Not too happy about that.

I’ve been trying to get my meat hooks on a review here for over a year. Thanks to y-nation I finally have that chance. For starters, WAS the single best Chipotle I’ve ever had. Freshest rice, steak is always a perfectly pink medium rare and their dressing is the best this side of the Nile. However 2 of the last 3 times I went they were out of dressing once, out of cheese another. Inexcusable. They even said they’d have to make more dressing if I wanted it… yea I fricken want it its gold get your butt back there and whip up some of that golden magic! But since it was within an hr of closing they didn’t, huge miss by some lazy employees. This place was so consistent prior to this, myself and my group of friends religiously attended only this one within the city. I wanted to send a letter to the owner, stating how great a representative his dining hall was not just for all chipotles but for any restaurant focused on the things that truly matter. Their burritos were at the pinnacle of their craft… flirting with perfection and un-eatable Bc you were afraid to ruin what they created. Broke my heart right before I moved to Oklahoma. I can only hope they get their fecal matter co-located within a sock again and bring back their magic. We all need it. For next level Chipotle ordering ask for Guac and dressing mix them right down the middle 50⁄50 and enjoy. It will change your life, take it to the bank. For those not a huge fan of cilantro they do have plain white or brown rice. Just ask. Cheers

I love me some Chipotle. Over 2 two years ago I wouldn’t have even considered stepping foot in this so called«Mexican» grill BUT… this mexican is hooked! The food is always fresh, they use good quality ingredients and it’s is always consistent. Options are pretty healthy, quick and reasonably priced. It’s a win win. Only thing that sucks is sometimes they hook you up with large portions and sometimes they get skimpy: p. I usually opt for the white rice(it’s sooo good), chicken, black beans, grilled veggies, corn and the hot salsa! Yummm: D. If your looking for something a little healthier, opt for the salad bowl. You have so many options here :-), Tortilla chips & salsas are legit and when you feel like having a little pick me up… get a Rita: p I really really like this place… it’s one of my go-to«fast food» restaurants. PS: They also have Tortillas too, which I haven’t tried but I’m sure they are also good.

My husband and I just finished eating at this location — Loop 410 and San Pedro. They had a sign that said until further notice they would be serving«customarily raised chicken.» We got the bowls and my server put a very small amount of rice and I had to ask for more. The seating area was dirty and this was 5:00pm — not a really busy time. The floor was a mess and both garbage barrels were full to over-flowing. The tables also needed wiping off. No excuse for that. How many customers could they have had between 3:00 — 5:00? Where’s the manager?

How can anyone go wrong at Chipotle? Fresh ingredients and delicious offerings make it hard to beat. My personal favorite is their steak and I usually bypass the unnecessary carbs and go with a bowl. Yeah, the guac is a little extra, but at $.75 for a generous helping, it’s worth it. Don’t be surprised at the line during lunch time! They’re still fast and efficient.

I love Chipotle! It is such a yummy and healthy quick meal. Whether it’s a meal after church or something I stop in and pick up after work Chipotle is awesome! It has a ton of options and so everyone in my family is pleased when we pick to eat at Chipotle. They also use very good ingredients. If you have any spare time I highly recommend the documentary on Chipotle on Netflix. It is really reassuring to know that the ingredients are really fresh and wholesome! I would really recommend Chipotle to any one who is looking for a fantastic meal!

Chipotle is something simple but yet so tasty. The flavoring of each ingredient is so perfect that always has me craving for more. I literally always want Chipotle. This location gets really packed but don’t let that fool you because the line moves really fast. The last time I came, I had to wait for steak so they took my order and told me they’ll bring it out when the steak was ready. After waiting for a while, I guess the realize they forgot about me which wasn’t a big deal since I wasn’t in a rush but they gave me free guacamole and chips although I insisted I didn’t need it and also gave me a buy one, get one free card which was really nice of them. It only makes me love Chipotle more. The staff is really friendly here which is one thing that other locations lack. I will be frequenting this location every time I want Chipotle.

First I must say that I LOVE chipotle’s food. I don’t eat it as often as I would like because it is thousands of calories I can’t afford. Anyway, the reason why I give this particular location 3 stars is because of the service. I stopped by on Friday, after work for some take-out. Despite the time there were only 2 – 3 people in front of me. To my surprise, I was told I had to wait«a minute» because they were waiting on steak. What I don’t understand is why a «assembly-line food establishment will ever fall behind having any of their products readily available. The answer. Bad management. Not only did it take much longer than«a minute» but never did I hear an apology or a show of concern about the now 3 costumers waiting got steak. When she rare steak arrived(don’t mind rare but they could have asked) I would have expected some«extra» for this unnecessary wait. Nothing. Nada. In fact I think I even got less than usual. Anyway… I did experience something epic and a nice trick to try. The guy behind me asked got 2 chicken bowls… they piled the chicken on them. And then he tells the other employee… no, I asked for both steak and chicken. No only did they not take out any chicken, they gave him more steak than me. LOL.

Here is the deal with Chipotle, there is an art to eating at this place especially if you are trying to get the most bang for your buck or just trying to be conservative anyway. So here it is… you order the burrito bowl and then you ask for your choice of tortillas(I usually ask for 3) they are FREEEEEEE! I know… amazing. Then you can ask for double rice and beans also FREE(it gets better). If you are alright having two different types of meat take that route and you are always going to get more than you would with one meat. This basically boils down to getting to make 3 tacos and then having a burrito leftover for the next days lunch. I do this weekly… boom…mind blown.

The burritos and salads huge and ever so delicious. Yes they have delicious roasted meats, but they cater to ther vegetarians and vegans as well. I especially love how I can pile grilled and seasoned veggies so high that it you barely even miss the meat. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not vegetarian but I sure have been contemplating it so sometimes test myself to see how well I handle eating without meat and these sure are satisfying with these fancy veggies, delicious beans, fresh salsa and cilantro lime rice that would otherwise take me well over an hour to prepare myself. I don’t know about the top self margarita though. I’d rather go to Chacho’s for the drinks but I do recommend this place. YUM!!!

I’m bumping them up a star and yes, I would love to tell you why. CONSISTENTLY friendly employees here. We joked around the the gal that was making our burritos during this visit and she actually joked back and had a personality. Very nice and wished us goodbye as we left. I tell ya, good customer service sells me every time.

It’s seriously hard to beat Chipotle. A veggie bowl with extra lime rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, all the salsa you can stand(plus Tobasco!), guac(instead of meat), and lettuce is around 500 – 600 calories and you will be INSANELYSTUFFED for $ 6.43. Or, if you’re training for an Ironman, they have margaritas, beer, chips, sour cream, cheese and even barbacoa.
