Collision Specialist Center-Deductible No Problem

I needed a front end replacement on a Dodge challenger due to a fender bender. Insurance company wanted to send me somewhere that wouldn’t be able to get me in for repairs until a month later. I found Collision Specialist while searching online for somwhere else to take my car. I called and Mike answered the phone. Great customer service. He was extremely helpful from the very beginning. He knows all of the insurance adjustors from the different insurance companies, how the claims process works and was able to walk me through my claim process in a more helpful manner than my insurance company was. They were able to take my car that day, made the rental car appointment and gave me a ride to the rental company. He explained everything as the repairs were happening and invited me to come and check on my car’s progress at anytime, which I did. They didn’t rush, but they didn’t prolong the repairs either. They took the exact time necessary to provide quality work. The end result was great. They matched the paint perfectly, made repairs with OEM replacement parts and saved me $ 100 on my deductible. Insurance company wanted after market parts. My car was cleaned inside and out when I came to pick it up. Great job to Mike and the team and thanks. I would recommend them over all the others.

If your looking for a shop that will take the time for quality customer service and quality work, this is the shop. They went above and beyond to to repair my car. Not only did they do the work needed, they also repaired work that was done incorrect from a past shop.
