Meh. I got my 20 week ultrasound, then a 30 week follow up. Both times I went in, my paperwork was incorrect. You’d think they would have looked at the corrections they insisted I make, and actually corrected them before the second visit. The first ultrasound was just ok. The technician gave up after about 30 minutes of trying to find the sex. The second ultrasound I had l, the tech was very unfriendly… she didn’t even introduce herself… and then she pressed so hard, she hurt me. This is not my first pregnancy, but definitely the first time I have had a painful ultrasound.

Went in for ultrasound. W were greeted right away, were seen on time, and ultrasound took less than 10 minutes. Waiting room had comfy chairs. Easy to find location. Happy customer.

I’ve had my annual mammograms here every year. When I called today to schedule, they informed me that there will be a $ 60.00 fee. I explained that my insurance covers mammograms at 100% since they are«preventative care». The woman said that they now have a better machine and their owner decided he’s not going to cover the $ 60.00 difference(from the old version). I then called the Woman’s Imaging Center right down the street — funny, they have the same upgraded 3D machine and told me they will not charge the patient the difference(they said«shame shame» to Concord for being so greedy).

Had a routine CT done here and I was really impressed. Being in the medical field(currently semi-retired) so I currently don’t deal with direct patient care anymore. It felt very awkward to be the patient. Sometimes knowing too much can be a bad thing. Prior to the CT scan, I had to drink about a litter of barium. I was dreading that, because in the past, barium was quite nasty but now one has a choice of several different flavors and it’s tolerable now, and it’s not as «chalky» anymore. When I went to register, the ladies behind the desk were very nice and very informative. They gave me all the instructions I needed for my scan and how to take barium. I also received a call the day before to remind me of my appointment and they reviewed the instructions again of fasting and of how to take the barium. My CT took at the most 10 mins. The CT technician was very professional and got my vein on the first try. And I have horrible veins to begin with. One thing the tech did fail to mention was that with the intravenous contrast, one would feel a flushed sensation. Thank God, I knew what to expect. Back in the day, that 10 min. CT scan would have taken maybe 30 mins. Technology sure has come a long way.

The procedures and equipment is fine. Customer service is poor. Ended up waiting over 2 hours to be even checked in, worse than at an ER. They need to change this.

Incompetent medical billing personnel and unethical management. The only reason why I give this place 1 star is because there isn’t a spot for 0 stars. Stay away from this place. Staff provided a wrong estimate amount for my procedure not once, but twice, then sent a bill for a higher amount. Staff has not only refused to honor the correct price, but instead is hiding behind the excuse that«insurance companies only provide ballpark estimates» and«you signed a paper that says the amount is an estimate and we can charge more». Anyone only slightly familiar with medical billing knows this isn’t how contracted insurance rates work. So not only are they incompetent, but have also been dishonest each time I have called to protest their overbilling. I’ve had better experiences at government offices. Will never go back even if I was dying outside their front door.

Extremely unhappy about my services there. I was going in for a routine 20-week pregnancy ultrasound. According to their policies, they require a full bladder. That is utterly idiotic; I had 5 ultrasounds(at other places) with my previous pregnancy and was never required to do that, nor was I required to for my 13-week scan with this pregnancy(also at another location). I arrived early and with a full bladder as they had requested, and was told to wait. And wait. And wait. Finally, at 15 minutes past my appointment time, I was nearly in tears, and told the front desk. They asked me to wait a little longer. I did not; I ran to the restroom(which I had to find myself, as no one would tell me where it was). It was another 10 minutes before the tech finally came to get me. Second issue was that they refused to allow my husband in the room for the scan, and instead insisted on him waiting out in the lobby. Again, in my myriad of other ultrasounds, I have NEVER been denied my husband in the room. I was not allowed to view the images during the scan: the tech turned the screen so I could not see. She did not discuss anything with me during the exam at all: complete silence. Once she was done, she went and got my husband. She then spent a cursory 5 minutes quickly whipping the wand around and saying things like ‘oh, here’s the heart, here’s the head.‘ Third, we were not provided any printed images of the scan. We were given a CD-ROM of the images, but they open in a very strange program(GE imaging?) that my computer can’t recognize. I had to use library computers to view them, and it was very difficult to navigate. All-in-all, a horrible experience. Find another place!

I was extremely nervous for the procedure I was having done here. It couldn’t have gone any better than it did. The staff was absolutely incredible from receptionists to technicians to drs. I felt comfortable the entire process and was informed all along of the steps. The facility is clean, beautiful, and very comforting. I would be happy to return here over and over again. Though I would prefer not to as that would just mean something else is wrong with me. :)

After several less-than-great experiences with Dr’s offices, this was a breath of fresh air! The receptionists were pleasant and had a good system in place. I was seen quickly by a very kind technician and Dr. I was in and out in 40 min! Thank you very much!
