This is what every equipment shop should strive to be! The carry only top-​quality yard and lawn equipment. The staff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unlike the big box stores carrying the same equipment, these guys are not here to push a product. I was in the market for a chainsaw and they found the perfect Husqvarna model for my weekend warrior needs. After selecting it, they started it up and tested it for me then gave a a thorough tutorial on use and maintenance. No rush, no push, no hurry. DeWinne. Says they are a motorcycle dealer, but they actually sell and service outdoor power equipment. It works like this: if your outdoor power equipment fails and you need it serviced in San Antonio, you have a good chance of having it sent to DeWinne. The picture shows some of the enormous number of repairs they have done on broken equipment.
DeWinne fixes your equipment; they do a great job. They fixed my pole saw in 4 weeks. They deserve more than 3 stars, but the stunning amount of broken outdoor power equipment here simply has them unable to service it quickly. It takes 3 – 4 weeks for them to get to your equipment. I had some more equipment I wanted to put in for repair, but I needed it back in less than a month, so I fixed it myself.
Whoever said offshoring manufacturing was good should have to work at DeWinne for a year. It’s led to this tsunami of broken equipment.
