Ladies love their shoes! This is shoe heaven! You might actually hear «AHHHHH» in your head when you first walk in if you’ve never been!
Their selection truly is amazing, whatever you might be looking for, safe to say, they’ll have it. I’m not much of a dress heel girl, but today I needed a pair for a party Sat night.
DSW did not disappoint! I found a perfect Anne Klein platform with about a 3 inch heel for $ 59.95! I KNOW! I tried them on and they were PERF! They also usually have clearance shoes on racks in the back of the store in case you have time to browse and get lucky and find more goodies on sale!
They carry a smaller selection of men’s shoes as well and accessories like handbags and costume jewelry.
The staff is always friendly and asks if I’m finding everything ok everytime I come to this location.
When you’re ready to pay and it’s your turn, the cashier will call you by saying «next shoe lover please» I thought that was kinda cute.
Make sure you sign up for their rewards card and earn points for coupons and emails to alert you of upcoming sales, etc.

I had no one even talk to me the entire 15 minutes I was in the store. I would normally not be bothered by this, but there were very few others in the store at the time. The selection was mediocre at best, and there were only two different men’s shoes that were offered in a wide size. To make things better, they were only offering a wide size for somebody who had to be 4 foot 10. I would not recommend the store for men

Their definition of customer service is ignoring your presence and helping you only after you track them down. They might throw in a smile if you are a rewards member or if you sign up. If you refuse, they still scan the rewards paper in case you change your mind. I can’t tell you how many empty signup sheets I’ve received.
I stop by at least once a month. Don’t get me wrong – they have decent selections of shoes, purses, etc… which is why I am giving one star. But no one ever smiles, greets, or asks for assistance. I once asked an associate for help but she told me she was on lunch and walked off, not even bothering to at least find someone else. Another time, an associate walked past me without even making eye contact; I later found out she was the store manager.
Don’t bother going to this store. The one on San Pedro is much better. It may look less appealing but the Rim is all just for show. Their customer service is same as Walmart.

Aisles and aisles of shoes! I’m in shoe heaven! I like the fact that you don’t have to wait to ask for your size since the selection is all on the floor. The jewelry has grown to a very nice selection at this store. It is also budget friendly. Make a trip to the back of the store to find a good deal on clearance items! Sign up for their reward program to receive $ 10 coupons by email. I also received a $ 5 coupon for my birthday so guess what’s on my birthday wishlist to gift myself?! I’ll update to reveal if I was allowed to use both coupons at the same time!
Update: Yes I was able to use both coupons on the same purchase! The sales associate stated you are allowed 3 coupons per purchase. Score!

Nice selection of shoes. Customer service however offsets any and all reasons to shop there. My wife asked a question about shoes for our daughter (she does have an accent), turned to walk away and was immediately laughed at by two co-​workers. She later called to complain to customer service and was met with excuses designed to cover the behavior of the employees. The «Customer Service rep», after hearing her side of the story and not bothering to look into it, spoke as though she had been standing there the entire time’ knew the story, and concluded she (my wife) was wrong.
We won’t make the mistake of shopping there again.

DSW carries middle market shoes. It’s a great place to find some work shoes or name-​brand running shoes. Most shoes they have on display are well stocked in different sizes. The workers are friendly and the store is very spacious. This location is nice even if slightly out of the way for me. If you are a frequent shoe shopper, they have a decent rewards program too.
The website needs work. Their website is the first retail website where I’ve been locked out for too many failed log-​ins. I had no alternative but to call their customer service (during normal business hours) to reset it. Also it rejected rewards they had sent me via snail mail.

A shoe lovers dream come true! They have a vast selection of men’s and women’s shoes available here. They have all sorts of brands at lower prices than most department stores, along with several different styles to choose from. It is organized pretty well for the most part. The only downside I can think of is that the store is so big you will be doing a good amount of walking to see all they offer. Also, if you are searching for a sales associate you will most likely have to find one at the register at the front of the store unless you are willing to take your chances searching for one for a couple of minutes. Great place to find shoes if you want to avoid the mall crowds :)
