The chicken was real good not dry marinated just right. The churros taste just like the ones in Mexico. Could use a bigger salsa bar and better flour tortillas. Service was alright for a chain restaurant

I just ate the best chicken ever. It was super moist and hot and very tasty. I’m not really a chain restaurant regular, but today they totally met my expectations it was so good I even called them to let them know will be back crazy chicken.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, good prices and the mole bowl was OK, not great but OK. The mole sauce was low on taste — I generally love Mole, with it’s unique approach to my taste buds. (I first met it in Puebla, where it is a regional speciality.) This wasn’t it.
I love being able to load up on my favorite salsa and pico de gallo, always a plus at El Pollo Loco — but this time their pico de gallo looked like it was made from bottom of the barrel half-​yellow tomatoes. Tasted it, too.
A negative is the weakness of the unsweetened tea — like light brown water. The people at the next table said their half chickens were over cooked
By the time I add it all up, I can’t give more than three stars — sorry, Crazy Chicken, I wanted to!

We actually just left after getting a refund. All the tables were dirty and sticky and worst of all the cook was licking his fingers after picking chicken off if the plate he was about to serve me! We will never return to this location!
