I had a horrible experience. They moved their prices up to «1.99 any garment.» But yet when I took my half length jacket they decided it should be five dollars. I told them their sign says «any garment» and they repeatedly told me they changed their prices in November. It has been four months. I gave them my two dress jackets and two dresses which were the cheaper price.
When I went to pick them back up, both dresses were ruined! The lady was unapologetic and said she was not in charge of dry cleaning. She then took my dresses and had me fill out a paper for negotiating a refund. It has been two weeks and the still have not called me, even though she said they would call the next day.

It’s hard to be nit picky when you’re talking about $ 1.25 dry cleaning. El Dorado cleans any garment (no linens, textiles, etc.) for $ 1.25/each. They can’t help you get stains or smells out or your clothes, but if you just need something simply dry cleaned, you will not go wrong with El Dorado.
