My husband and I have been using this location for 3 years and we are totally pleased everytime we come here. Arsenia is the best eye tech we have ever had. She is fast, efficient, easy to speak with, and absolutely knowledgeable regarding glass frames and lenses and always willing to help you find what you need and certainly courteous to all. Recommend this location to all. Sometimes the wait is challenging but well worth it. Thumbs up Arsenia.

Worse place ever, they took my sons glasses for repair and «lost them». Nobody would ever called me back or have answered. They would just pretend to look for them. The manager was incompetent and you could tell when she made excuses. Instead of trying to fix the problem that kept putting it back on me. Don’t ever go to this place.

I have been coming to this location for years but today they have lost my business for good! The wait is ridiculous! We waited patiently for two hours then our name was called. Then the lady who called us then told us that she couldn’t help us cause she locked herself out and we would need to wait for the other lady. We finally walked out after being skipped twice.

Purchased glasses with their special scratch resistant and glare resistance lenses. I was told that the product they used would not wear off or cloud up like the products used by other companies. After remaking the glasses several times and weeks later, I got the glasses. After a few months the coating started to get stripes and spots under the coating and the glasses have a milky fog to them. I took them back to the store and was told that this was not a warranty issue because this was «normal» for these lenses and I could purchase new lenses.
I would not recommend these crooks to anyone. They lie and don’t stand behind the products they sell. Run away fast!!! Lost my business and my family’s business.

I had a really good experience here. They helped my son pick out a frame based upon his daily activities, were courteous, and made his glasses in roughly 45 minutes. The best part is that this place is cheaper than pretty much every other location we looked for glasses at.

I bought my first pair of bifocals last month with Eyemart. I can’t believe they had them ready in about 2 hours. The frame selection is the best, I went to many places and I can say that. Most places look like they had frames from long time ago. The no line bifocal deal is great, it doesn’t interfere with my vision like the military glasses I got. I feel successful now with my very nice glasses. Excellent service too.
