First Responders Moving & Delivery

This was my 3^rd moving company I’ve ever used. And I will never use anyone else, but 1^st Responders!
The guys were absolutely the BEST. Very courteous, prompt, fast moving, and they packed the truck like it was a Tetris game. No damages at all. Hooked up my ice maker, washer & dryer. Took apart and put together 4 beds. I had A lot of stuff and they never took a break. Well worth the costs! And hey, they were pretty easy on the eyes as well… Just sayn’

Smoothest moving experience ever! Professional. Quick. Inexpensive. Where have these guys BEEN all my life?! Will be using them again (hopefully not anytime soon… moving sucks) but these guys made it a lot less sucky! Highly recommended!

First responders helped me move from my downtown apartment to the Alamo Ranch area. They were on time and speedy! The guys were careful with my belongings and extremely friendly. They came recommended and I’m so happy I used them!!!

On time, efficient, and very friendly. Would recommend Joey and Abel again and again and John provides great customer service. A little pricy but worth it!

I moved my two bedroom house and these guys were amazing! The owner himself came to help with the move after coming an overnight shift at the fire station. I had never seen movers protect furniture and appliances the way these guys did. They actually wrapped my refrigerator in a pad to protect it! They also padded the doorframes so they wouldn’t accidentally damage anything while squeezing my large furniture out my small door. They finished everything, even disassembly and assembly of furniture, in just 3 ½ hours. I’m so glad I found them and will use them for every move I have in the future.

I used this company when moving from the medical center area to the 281/​Bitters area. Their customer service was excellent from the first point of contact until the end. They moved me from a 2 bedroom, 2^nd floor apartment in the medical center area to a 2 bedroom, 1^st floor apartment in the 281/​Bitters area in approx. 4 hours. They were very personable and worked extremely hard despite one of them just coming off a very long overnight shift at the fire station. They really took the time to secure my belongings to minimize the chance of damage. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is that they lost control of my front load washing machine going down the stairs and it was damaged. However, the moving guys immediately admitted fault and the company reimbursed me for repair costs in a very timely manner after I had the damage repaired.
