Very affordable and awesome, professional massage! Don’t know why there is so many negative reviews about this place but they definitely are the place to go to every now and then when you need to work out those sore aching muscles! Will come back.

Chrissy is amazing!!! Place is affordable and very clean. I found this place by accident and now visit Chrissy once a month. She gives the best foot massages. Now my only complaint would be that the guy receptionist is always grumpy! Maybe he needs a massage on a regular basis too!!!

Save your money and go elsewhere. Massage was not very good. Little to no pressure what so ever. I was disappointed to say the least.

I saw an ad for 90 minutes for 65 and thought, «What a rate!» But, unfortunately, I was reminded of the old adage, «you get what you pay for.»
My complaint: I doubt the young lady was licensed. She was pleasant enough, but seemed totally unskilled. I’ve had maybe 500+ swedish massages in my lifetime and this one was memorable for ineptness. She rubbed on my chest and legs like she was scrubbing a pot. She spent 20 of my 90 mints rubbing my scalp, to no (good) effect. She mistimed the flip such that my back got about 5 minutes and my lower half zero.
When I queried the manager about the licenses that are typically displayed in plain view, he claimed they were in the back.
I will probably find time to complain to the proper licensing agency when i have a minute. I thought it more important to hopefully warn some unsuspecting massage lover such as myself.

My wife and I went there at 1030 set up an appointment at 130. We showed 10 minutes early and placed in our room at 125, then 20 minutes after our appointment time the front lady came back and said it would be another 15 – 20 minutes. That is no way to operate a business. If you know you’re behind say it up front. We will not be returning or referring people to your trashy business.

Never been the massage therapy kinda guy mainly because they are expensive found out footy rooty was super inexpensive so I gave in and gave it a try and found what I’ve been missing my entire life Denise has magic in her hands I’ve never felt so good in my entire life! I was soooo relaxed comfortable, everything was perfect if you wanna feel the best feeling of your life I HIGHLY recommend visiting Denise she made me a customer for life.

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage and were not impressed. The ladies didn’t put very much pressure into our massages. They also didn’t massage anything on the front side or our necks. Let’s just say we’ve had better and this definitely was a waste of money.

Dropped in on my way through town for a massage while the kids were shopping with mom and could’t be more satisfied! Incredible value and the therapist was top notch. I appreciate the straightforward pricing compared to other chains. I tried to «drop in» at one of these other chains in the Austin area but they tried to sell me a membership so I just walked out. Recommended for excellent value, service, and straightforward pricing without a membership! 4 stars only because it took them a few minutes to figure out their computer system and I was in a hurry. They are new so will get faster.

Having been a client at multiple massage locations around San Antonio, and Houston I was quite surprised to see a new location called, Footy Rooty having some spare time on my hands I decide to give it a try. Boy was I glad I did there are other massage locations around San Antonio can be kind of old and dingy for the prices they charge but this place the price is just right and everything here is new, smells fresh, and the staff is friendly. I received a 90 minute deluxe treatment for $ 50 no contracts or anything this is just their everyday price ! I brought my mom, my wife, and my sister-​in-​law the next day and we all loved it no regrets. They have a couples massage special for 80 $ an hr so we left paying a total of $ 160 for four Swedish massages each lasting an hour… WOW!!! To all you UnilocalERS save your time and money searching around and just give this place a try!

I’ve been to a lot different massage location in San Antonio, but I finally found my permanent location. The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in, making feel right at home. Did I mention the great prices on all their services? Doesn’t matter what service you get, you’ll get it at a good price and the service its self was amazing. I walked out of there so relaxed, and at ease.

I visited Footy Rooty for the first time today. It was awesome! I suffer from painful plantar fasciitis and have been waiting for a place like FR to open in San Antonio. The sketchy foot spas in SA were not the kind of place I wanted to go. After telling the receptionist what I wanted, I was escorted to the next room which was dimly lit and had four comfortable reclining chairs. During the 15 min foot soak, the massage therapist massaged my neck, shoulders and arms. Then she proceeded to give me a 45 min foot massage. I left feeing great and it only cost $ 35. I will definitely be a return customer. Got achy feet? Do yourself a favor and had straight over to Footy Rooty.
