After looking through the Point’s food truck choices, and trying to find a good vegetarian option for my dinner, we settled on G Bros deep dish pizza with mushrooms. I am so glad that we did! My friend and I shared the deep dish for around $ 10, and we were able to take half of it home. Had I been super hungry, I still probably couldn’t have finished this thing. Super cheesy, saucy, and the crust was so so so good. I wish I could recreate this crust in my kitchen. Man. It was crispy and crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside, and had a nice simple flavor without grease or too much fanfare. Just delicious. This is a great place to stop if you’re at the Point!
