My experience was one of complete disappointment. After taking days to get an inspection appointment, the inspector arrived with no ladder and was unable to get on the roof due to a recent surgical procedure. He seemed to lose interest when he learned that there was no insurance claim involved with the needed hail damage repair. After walking the property he promised that someone would be here in three days to do a complete inspection and provide a quote for repairs. Three days passed and no contact whatsoever. We tried to reach the inspector and left messages to return our call. He has yet to return our call days later. Apparently, he was only here to scope out the job and was not interested in just patching a leaky roof. That is a reprehensible practice and one that I do not take kindly to. Avoid this company and its deceitful tactics.

I called 3 roofing companies to replace some shingles on a Sunday. Left messages with two companies that never returned my calls. Mr. Willeford with Great Built answered my call that day and had my shingles up on Wednesday.
Great to work with. I will be a returning customer.
