We thought this place would be nice to try given all the 5-​star reviews it had but… My son had a horrible experience here. I’m not one to give horrible reviews but we truly had a bad experience. The stylist who cut my son’s hair was obviously new, which I can understand. I will never knock anyone for being new at what they do. But when two other stylist have to come help you finish a simple kid’s haircut there is a problem. His haircut was not done well at all. We ended up going to another hair salon so it can get fixed. Plus, we were still charged a full haircut price here. What made the experience here even worse was the hair that was cut was itching my son’s neck and face the whole 30+ min it took. Not once did the stylist brush him off with the powder and brush other places use. She had the brush on her vanity and didn’t even think to use it, not once. Even after he repeatedly said it itches. He was literally crying because of the itching. I had to say something to the stylist and then she did it. It takes a lot, a whole lot, for me to give a bad review, and I hope it was just a one-​time bad experience I had here but we will never return.

I have been coming to Chung for years to have my hair done. She and Ricco are the greatest! I always get compliments on my cuts as well as my highlights/​low lights. I highly recommend both!

Ricco has been doing my doing my blow out and style for a while now and I love the way my hair always turns out and we have the best conversations ever — They are super busy on the weekends, so I usually make an appt. or go after work during the week. Everyone is nice and friendly there — Great Service
