Gymboree

Store was dirty, and finding any clothes in any size is a task. So much clutter at the check out circle to where I couldn’t even swipe my credit card.

About three days ago I went to this Gymboree to exchange a coat for a different size. Upon arrival we were not greeted by what seems to have been the manager. We went to ask her a question and she was extremely rude. We waited for about three minutes and one of the sales associates who was busy at the time, greeted us with a big smile and said, «How can I help you?» We explained our dilemma of needing a different size and that we had called all the SA stores and the size we were needing was not in stock. She pulled out «THE BOOK» with all the store numbers and she began calling down the list looking for the red size 7 long Peacoat we were looking for. She called 6 stores and on the 7^th call she was able to locate the size we needed and it was in College Station. They made all the necessary arrangements to have it shipped to our home for free.
The reason I gave this store the rating of 4 stars is because Melinda the sales associate was so nice, sweet, pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. So when you go, make sure to ask for Melinda she will definitely take good care of you.
