I had a 2 hour cleaning appointment booked for today and nobody showed up. No one called to let us know either. I had to call the company to inquire about where the cleaner were and when they would arrive. He could not give me a clear answer and failed to call me back with a status update as promised. Now 3 hours later I am still trying to get in contact with someone and cannot reach anyone live. I am very disappointed with this company and their lack of accountability.
