My girls & I attended a birthday party here
As I was paying for socks these young boys who were employees were playing around pinching each other’s nipples
As my girls stand and watch I thought that was very inappropriate especially if you are in a kids environment
Also restrooms were dirty I would assume they would check them threw out the party especially when you have plenty of staff joking around I even witness staff preparing cotton candy once again joking around acting like they were licking it they had there hands all over the cotton candy one employee had long hair on top and kept gliding his hand threw it and would continue making cotton candy

And definitely would not recommend a birthday party here.

I’ve been here twice. The first time for a party about a year ago and the second time was for open play time. I didn’t have a little one playing at the party so I have nothing to say about it except it’s overpriced to host a party there.
Playtime was fun and cheap! We all enjoyed it. I appreciated the rules they had in place regarding no food, drinks or shoes. My 1 year old had fun with all the CLEAN toys there. I will be coming back for play time in the future. :)

If I could I would give this zero. We went to a private party at this place. It was in a building that used to be a daycare facility. It is dated but I will say it seems very clean. There’s a large room with a moon bounce, mini trampoline & play kitchen area. The rest of the room is just filled with toddler toys. It’s has cheap carpet with numerous small rugs thrown throughout. So finally my 13 year old son was told he couldn’t play anymore because he accidentally spilled soda. Even after my son apologized, the friend who was paying for the party apologized. He «the owner» refused to let my son back into the party. He said for «sanitary» reasons the only way he would let my son back in is if he were to send me the bill for carpet cleaning. I guess if you want to have a party here you have to be on top of the kids & make sure they don’t spill anything & follow all the rules. As a parent of 3 I understand that accidents happen but not at this place. Will NEVER go back.

Lots of fun but I don’t like the range of ages for open play (mixing babies with older children 12 and under can be dangerous)

Went with my 7 month old son today, it was a lot of fun! He got to interact with other kids which he loves & there was plenty for him to do even though he is so young. Bouncers. Walkers. etc. Its a awesome place, I will be back for sure. I might even make it a once a week type thing :)

Love this place. Its such a simple concept, and Just Add Children does it right. Gilbert, the owner, is so nice, and he remembers return customers. He makes us feel welcome every time we come. My 16 month old loves this place and we have been coming since he was 7 months old! Its small, and can get overcrowded… but just come early. This is a great place to bring your toddler during the hot San Antonio summers.

Small, but clean. No snacks are allowed in the play area (which can be good or bad depending on how cranky your kids get if they don’t have constant access to crackers). They have a video game area that I’m not crazy about — we can do that stuff at home! The management is a little TOO attentive. His rules make sense, but a couple times he came rushing into the room blowing our ears off with a whistle because a few kids were breaking the rules. I’m not going to rule it out as an option for future play dates, but it won’t be my first choice.

Good for small children. Nothing exciting, but perfect for hot, Texas days when there’s nothing much to do. Inexpensive. Friendly.

We brought our girls here for a birthday party and they loved it. The staff was nice and very attentive to the children. Overall it was a pretty good experience and the kids all seemed to have a good time.

This place looks like a runned down daycare… It is cheap looking and they have baf customer service… This place is best for kids 4 and under… They make everyone even adults wear socks!!! Dumb! Fantastic playland is so much better!!”

I was at Just Add Children over the weekend for a birthday party. I liked the size, location and the idea of it. Its definitely entertaining for all the kids. All the kids at the party had a blast. There are lots of things for them to do. From basketball, couple different moon bouncers, also different dress up stations for boys and girls. I saw that they had little play kitchens etc for kids to play.
They have separate eating area, this is where most of the adults were sitting, eating & chit chatting.
They had a party host which was helping out and kept everyone up to schedule with what was going on. When it came time to eat, they also had all the kids eat in a different secluded eating area which was actually nice. Parents didnt have to worry about feeding the kids. The hosts providing the food for the kids kept it all really organized and all the kids payed attention just like if they were in school.
The place itself isnt too nice, but its clean and well kept.
I would recommend this for kids birthday parties

Nice place. We brought our two toddlers here and it was a lot of fun, It was a nice size, not too big and not too small. Only $ 5 for play & you don’t have to pay for adults, just kiddos. The only things I dislike is that the hours of open play are really aimed for stay at home parents, I work full-​time during the day, I wish it were open in the evenings at least one day or on the weekend for open play. Also, I have to agree with Lisa M, it wasn’t too busy, but there were a few parents letting their older kids jump in the 3 and under bouncy castle, when there is a clear sign saying «3 and under ONLY»! I can understand if parents have multiple kids and are busy, but then the owner should jump in, the entire time he was up front on his computer.

Great price and cute for young children. However, supposed to open at 10am, owner was 15 minutes late to open doors because he said he stopped for breakfast tacos. Also no supervision by owner. Moms are too busy talking to each other that they are not even watching their own children. Should be the parents job but when they are not doing it the owner needs to step in to keep everyone safe. He did not walk in once to check in the hour and half I was there. An older child was playing rough in a bounce house that was for 3 year olds and younger. My 2 year old could not use it because the mom was not supervising her child and the owner was not there watching.
