Three weeks ago, I emailed Dr Geis to share some of my concerns with him. I was respectful but assertive with my grievances. I called the front desk ladies, who were kind and gave me the right email address. I have not receive a response, apology, or explanation from Dr Geis or anyone from the office.

Great dentist! Great staff. Dr Gies is excellent at his profession, super gentle, and always does what’s best for the patient. My daughter & I feel very comfortable with Dr Gies. The staff is very attentive & makes sure you are comfortable while getting work done. I feel very confident asking questions from both staff & Dr. They all take their time and make sure you’re satisfied.

Everyone here is a rock star! I’ve been looking for a new dentist for quite a while and stopped in last week to «look around». They were warm and friendly right away. I made an appointment, which was super easy (and in the same century), and went in yesterday. Every single person is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It’s like hanging out with your friends! After the usual x-​rays, Dr. Gies came over and we discussed my past and where I want to go from here. He listened to everything I had to say without rushing me through and made some suggestions, but in no way put on the sales pitch. A few minutes later, I got a printout listing the services we talked about and saw, in writing, what my insurance pays and what my portion is. Never has a dentist office been so upfront with me. We talked about different options, timeframes, and payments, and made a decision. There was absolutely zero pressure and everything was decided on what is best for ME and my situation. They had time to do a mid-​level cleaning for me right then, so I had an awesome cleaning, got a new toothbrush and some floss and was on my way — pain free! Never will I be afraid of the dentist again, as long as I’m going to Dr. Gies’ office! Bonus is that he offers many services done right in his office so no need to go anywhere else!
