I have been to this store twice to look a getting a new pair of glasses. The first time was great and all of my info was entered in to their system so I wouldn’t have to do it again. The second time I went I worked with a new salesperson who didn’t give me much confident that they were listening or addressing my hesitations of spending several hundred dollars. Needless to say I didn’t buy and will be looking elsewhere.

Chose LensCrafters because they accepted my son’s vision insurance. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Promised, and delivered, glasses in an hour & a half. Total cost of $ 150 with insurance. Not bad, but would have given 5 stars if quoted price without insurance wouldn’t have been so high. About $ 500 total. Thank goodness for vision insurance! Still… I would recommend LensCrafters to anyone that needed glases the same day.

This review is regarding my eye exam at the female optician associated with the lens crafters at La Cantera. After the preliminary prep work, the exam itself took less than 5 minutes. I was very disappointed. No info was given on the choices I might have besides glasses– contacts, lasik surgery, etc.
I appreciate the courtesy of the doctor and her staff, but would say the comprehensive eye exam was not that comprehensive…
Lens Crafters at La Cantera was extremely busy when I entered. I was glad to browse I my own. Alicia finally approached me and helped me through my selection. No pressure, extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. She is an awesome employee. Overall the cost was high, but the service was great

Went here when I needed glasses… as most people do. Had an eye exam done when I finally got coverage through my work health insurance, and immediately went to spend the remains of my tax refund on eyewear.
Somehow managed to time my visit during one of their Buy One Get One Half Off sales– and it was money well spent. I went the high-​end route (and they tend to be the majority on display at this particular location, no surprise there), ultimately going with a Dolce & Gabbana and a Prada pair. I favor the Pradas and have worn them the majority of the time since, though the frames themselves are similar styles.
Worked with Stephanie, though I do not know if she’s still there– was very friendly and helpful, and the process was quick and painless. It was also pricey, but then again, that’s mostly my fault.
Will most likely be going here again when I need to look into new glasses, though I have been using contacts more and more.

What else can I say, they gave me the gift of sight! I went there for my first pair of glasses at age 29! I can’t begin to explain how friendly and helpful they were they brought me glasses to fit my face and after trying a few on, WE DID IT! They had a great special at the time and were able to get the glasses in just under two hours, if you need glasses, go here! If you can’t find it!

After having my vision tested next door, I brought my «very challenging» prescription over to Lenscrafters for my first ever pair of glasses. I was feeling nervous and intimidated by the fact that I was going to have to wear glasses for everything except sleeping! The girl who helped me was incredibly patient while I tried on literally every single pair of glasses in the store. She gave me gentle yet honest opinions on each pair, and ended up helping me choose frames that I now LOVE and get daily compliments on! She explained everything to me as we went, and made sure I understood my vision benefits and what all of my options were. She also gave me some GREAT (and I mean freaking AWESOME) first-​time glasses wearing advice! There were no high pressure sales tactics, just compassion and care! I’ve had my glasses for two weeks now and couldnt be happier! Thank you for a great experience, Lenscrafters!
