So let me first say that Emily is amazing. I wish I could just give her an award for being so sweet, helpful and funny. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and she helped pick proper colors and was very cheerful to help out. I’m so glad that this location has such an awesome worker who enjoys what they do, it really makes shopping easier for us when in need of opinions and decisions. I will be shopping in there more knowing that the staff is great!

Madewell on its own deserves 5 stars, but this location gets another 5 on its own merit. Lauren, I believe a manager, is fantastic. I met her when she was working at Charleston on King St and stopped in to this new location when I was in town.
She helped me pick out some amazing shirts and a dress and even helped me order another one to my home when they didn’t have my size in stock.
I have a lot of Madewell apparel and find it to be high quality and comfortable. It’s perfect for work or almost any other casual occasion. The girls who work here were so helpful and let me know what they thought of a few items I had on, giving me honest opinions. It was great because I didn’t have a girlfriend to help me out and they definitely made me feel comfortable about my purchases. I highly recommend this store!
