So I just got Breakfast from that place… I love the simple fast breakfast sandwiches… anyways. I pick up my order Come to un-​wrap my Bacon Egg and Cheese buiscuit… and whats the first thing i find… a PUBE. wedged between the Bacon and Egg… right on my sandwhich…(are you serious?) I guess i should know better from ordering fast food, but damnit i was hungry. YUCK– not Anymore! So I do something… I hardley ever do because well its the fact I dont want this to happen to anybody else… I call and ask to speak with a manager Because I have my reciept and everything. So I ask to speak to a Manager and the girl… who sounds like she’s 16 over the phone says she Is the Manager… Like Ok… Whatever… I explain the situation to her and then She tells me I can Bring in the Sandwich and then they could replace it for me… Really…I then stated Hey I dont want a full Refund. I just want My Money back for that stupid Item I ordered… thats Fine… and Then she Repeats what she states She would Not be able to refund me but would be able to Replace the Item. Like Really? Because thats what I want… Another Bacon Egg n «Pube» sandwich. I know its a measly 3 dollar sandwich… OH and to Top it Off she then says… They CANT Replace the Sandwich after 11… Because thats past the Breakfast Time… Are you effing Serious??? AAAAND Whats More upsetting is that I had already eaten a Sausage McMuffin sandwich before i even Discovered This… I was about to start on that… This entire situation is effing Gross people… I have My Mind Set «what cant Kill me can Make me stronger mentality»…But …Im not about to Eat a Fresh Pube Sandwich… because it wont kill me… thats just Stupid… Anyways…I feel the only way to get out to people is Explain stupid situations like this… I Know working at fast food places suck… and the pay is lowsy… But Give me A break people… Wash your hands and wear gloves when your serving food… this was just nasty… And yes I have a beard… and I Even second guessed myself with this situation… like is that my hair? but NOPE– I even had a Co-​workers 2^nd Opinion… and Yea thats a Pube… not from my beard… SO ANYWAYS… i wont be going back over there anytime soon… Yes… I know this kind of crap happens all the time… but its just disgusting… what makes a buisness stick out is the Customer Service… and the fact that they can do what ever to accomidate the customer… i guess not in this situation… They can Keep The Money…
