Moore Family Child Care

This place is ridiculous. First of all I should have known better than to enroll my kids into a center that hadn’t even been open a year.
That being said I enrolled both my kiddos here in June 2014. And at first it was alright. it seemed a little «shady» to say the least but it was super close to our new house and my work so I felt better knowing I could get to them pretty quick if anything happened.
Since I enrolled them my youngest age 2 has come home with MANY questionable bruises all over his body literally from head to toe. And they ALWAYS have an excuse as to where they came from. He fell, he fell, he fell… That was there go to explanation.
I can’t obviously ask him he can’t even talk yet do all I can do I wonder. He comes home with massive bite marks on his arms and they blame him! They either say he bit his self or «he tried to take a toy from another child so they bit him» like that makes it ok?
Now since the middle of September they have been suspending him?!? How in the world do you suspended a TODDLER from daycare?
They say he is being mean and taking off his shoes and not wanting to sit at the table to do class work. At first I just picked him up which cost me TONS of work and MONEY! Thinking it was him and again I can’t ask him since he can’t talk! And my daughter goes to school so she doesn’t know.

Moore calls me at 7:30AM 30 minutes again 30 MINUTES after my son is dropped off saying he is suspended for a WEEK because he won’t sit in his chair and do their table work? HE IS TWO! They are suspending him for being a child! I told them that I wanted to talk to Natalie and they can’t send a toddler home for being a toddler. She isn’t their of course so I told them to give her the msg.
I get a call back about 5 min later from Mrs. Jones (new manager) and she says Natalie said if I don’t get him both of my kids can’t go back! So I tell Mrs. Jones I’ll have My son picked up and that this is a notice that I will be transferring my kids to a new daycare ASAP.
Then I get a call at 11:20 from my daughter school saying she hasn’t been picked up. I call the daycare and of course Natalie still isn’t their so I ask Mrs Jones (the new manager) why my 4 year old was left at school alone for an hour! And she said Natalie said not to pick her up! She called Mrs. Natalie via 3 way call and Natalie told me that since I told them I was looking for a new daycare they weren’t allowed to come back «I’m going to make it easier on you» her EXACT words.
I told her she can’t refuse them daycare because she is mad I’m looking for a new one. And you sure as hell can’t just leave a 4 year old child alone for an hour without so much as call to her parents so we can make arrangements! I followed all the rules I had my son picked up.
I have had to pick him up everyday I dropped him off the last two weeks and now that I’ve had enough of her crap she just drops them? just because your the owner of a crappy daycare doesn’t make you GOD lady!
I have had enough! I have lost enough money and I’m sick of my son being treated like crap.
I work over 70 hours a week to support my kids and they know this! I’m sick if this place.
My advice do a walk thru, if you can, they always have the doors locked so you can’t just pop in so good luck catching them off guard. And look at all the cigarette butts by the front door. I see them smoking RIGHT INFRONT of the kids! I even see one lady all the time smoking up her car right in front of the center with young kids in her car! That’s just disgusting.
And ask Mrs. Natalie what happened to that big guy that used to work there. The one who stole the kids things and went to work drugged up EVERYDAY. Who steals from children?
And by the way you guys still owe me a 40 $ blanket and 20 $ worth of nike socks that were stole right off my sons feet!
DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS IN NICE THINGS AND DONT LEAVE THEIR THINGS THERE!
And only bring as much diapers as they will use for that day! I gave them half a case which is over 100 diapers and they were all gone in less than two weeks. When they asked me to bring more I told them I wouldn’t! And funny thing that’s when all this crap started.
STOP STEALING MY SONS DIAPERS AND SOCKS!
The last 2 weeks they were there is either sent them with very cheap crappy socks or none at all and I do not bring them blankets 2 have been stolen in less than 3 months and and I only bring a small handful of diapers just enough for one day.
I believe they are just tired of taking care of them. Well news flash YOURE A DAYCARE CENTER that’s what I pay you to do! I have to work! Sure I work long hours but I have too! I have two mouths to feed and bills to pay!
If you want to get along with this woman DO NOT ever complain about how your kids are treated. DO NOT ask for reports for all their bruises DO NOT call and check on them.
I don’t see this center lasting a year. If it does it’s just going to get Moore ghetto.
