This was the oddest most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had while getting my nails done. To start, the nail colorists was not just very chatty but asking personal questions about how much I paid for certain things I had, then eventually when it came to my nail color refused to use a light pink color and said a red would look better .! After all was said and done the additional service I wanted was an extra charge after a miscommunication when the greeter told me «everything included’ in a certain package. Never will I go here again.

Today was my first time here and I’ll definitely be coming back. I worked with Ann and just got a regular pedicure. She did a great job cutting my toenails perfectly as well as applying the Polish spot on with no bubbles or missed spots. They do offer you a beverage of water, soda, or wine which is pretty nice. They have a big staff, so the wait isn’t too long. It’s also very clean which is huge in my book.

Went here with my mom and she got a great pedicure from Jolie. I however had a man, and it was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. He did not massage my feet, he pressed so hard with the salt that it scraped my shins, and he burned me with the hot towel. I mean a burned, huge red lumps! He over scraped my feet with the scrubber and now it is painful to walk. He didn’t even put lotion on my feet, just on my legs. I wanted to cry it was so horrible and painful. I should have made him stop, but didn’t want to cause a scene since my mom was enjoying her pedicure. If you go here do not let the guy touch you, he is horrible!

Fast service during the lunch rush hour even while the place was packed. I like a nail spa that knows how to take care of a customer instead of talking to each other an hanging on the phone the entire time. My nails turned out great and so did my pedicure. I was out the door pretty quickly on a Friday.

I have been going to this salon for around 4 years, I love it and all of the people that work here. The service is excellent and the prices are great. I won’ t go anywhere else.

My first visit and I’ll certainly return. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and walked directly to the bar to have a shellac manicure. I love the ‘bar’ concept. It’s probably not fun for the tech to stand the whole time but it feels so much more comfortable than sitting at individual tables. I love that there is a separate room for acrylic nails. There isn’t a strong chemical smell in the salon and that’s nice. I didn’t get a pedi but I certainly will on my next visit. Their pedi chairs look so comfortable! Ramuna took care of my nails and did an excellent job! I wish they had more shellac colors(hence my 4 star review) since that’s all the rage right now but perhaps in due time.

Great service. Courteous staff. Relaxing chairs. They use freshly autoclaved tools every time!!! The only thing is sometimes there will be rude customers sitting next to you squawking on their cell phone on speaker phone very loudly for an eternity. It is rude.

Love Nail Palace! This place is clean, and they just got new, and very comfy pedi chairs, so it makes your pedi so much more enjoyable. The best part of this salon is that the ladies who are having acrylics done are in a separate room, so if you just go in for a pedi, you don’t have to inhale all those fumes. Also, they have great televisions with HGTV on to help pass the time during your pedi in case you forgot to bring something along with you to your pedi.

I’ve been coming to Nails Palace fairly regularly since 2011& I’ve never been disappointed! The technicians are all friendly & the manicures/pedicures are nicely done. Plus, the new pedi chairs rock & their prices are comparable to other nail places in the area.(The complimentary wine is great too!) If you’re going on a Saturday/Sunday, it’s a good idea to call for an appt; otherwise you can typically walk in with little to no wait.

My husband was getting a haircut next door and I had been needing to get my eyebrows done. I walked into this nail salon since their sign said waxing was one of their services. When I walked in, the salon looked so luxurious that I was thinking, ‘uh oh, this is going to be pricey.” After welcoming me very warmly, they asked me what I wanted to have done. I answered with, ‘Just an eye brow wax.’ and after scanning the pricelist, it wasn’t pricey at all. They then asked me if I wanted a pedicure and after witnessing everyone relaxing in their fancy massage chairs, I couldn’t help but say yes. They asked me if I wanted a drink, offering water or red/white wine. Gorgeous interior design, luxurious chairs, great prices(only $ 28 for a pedi) and now wine? YES, PLEASE! This is now my favorite nail salon and will become a regular go-to place for mani-pedis and waxing.

I came in on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:30 not a busy place as a walk-in for the first time. Nice chairs and décor but that is the best I can say about this place. I came in for a mani/pedi. I was told to sit in the pedi chair then they said they didn’t have anyone so I was placed in the manicure station about half way thru a regular/or appointment came in I was placed back in the pedi chair. This is not the relaxing mani/pedi I was looking for. Is this what is is expected for a walk-in at this place? I have never been so juggled around before. I guarantee that I will not be coming back to this place.

It can be hard, I’m sure, for places like nail salons that are a dime a dozen in most cities to stand out above the rest. As a consumer this can mean great things, like finding super competitive prices, but as the business it means you really have to step up your game and do something special. Nails Palace, in the Village at Blanco Shopping Center, has found a way to walk the line of competitive prices while still giving a unique experience to their clients. So much attention to detail was paid in the space alone. There is a special room with glass walls that separates the natural nails from people getting acrylic and solar nails. They did this so the patrons on one side don’t have to inhale the fumes from the other side. Brilliant. I don’t ever love the way nail salons smell and just like that, problem solved. In the main room they have 14 pedicure chairs and lots of staff. So, you’ll probably never find a horrible wait time here. And it would be a great spot to host a bridal shower or girl’s day for this reason too. Manicures are done at a bar, where you sit in plush, comfy bar chairs and watch TV or listen to music while you’re getting pretty. They also have«Princess prices» if you want to bring any little girls in your life out for a special day of beauty. Depending on the child’s age, they may get a full manicure/pedicure or just have a massage and nail polish, with the ever-popular nail art as an added bonus. There are also prices for seniors, Medi-Pedi’s for diabetics, and a sport’s pedicure available in addition to the more typical treatments you find at every nail salon. The service I got here was absolutely fantastic, I’m happy to say. The atmosphere is friendly and warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly relaxed, like the rest of the world is miles away.
