Once your appointment is scheduled, beware to sit a long time. They squeeze in as many as they can. So if you come during your lunchtime you may get home on time for supper.

So I had to get my eyebrows redone after the initial period because they were entirely too light after the initial dark wears off. She did it free of charge because I notified her on day 3 within the 10 day period. She didnt have almost black when I initially had them done but she did by the time I made my 2^nd appointment. They look wonderful! The second time didnt peel like the first time and they stayed dark and thin like I like them. I LOVE my eyebrows.
However, there were some other women waiting while I was that were not happy and apparently Jeanette charges $ 100 for touchups. One lady told me that hair stroke is not good enough because its too light, and she kept having to pay $ 100 to get them fixed. Another lady got a keloid from her eyeliner. I can say that Im glad I got her on a special and didnt pay full price. I wasnt happy about having to have it done a second time. Her assistant on Saturdays Sissy is a complete jerk that looks like Cruella Deville. No professionalism and not customer service oriented at all!!! There was no communication between her and Mike and Cruella tried to make that my fault in an appointment scheduling issue. I feel sorry that Jeanette has such bad help.
Needless to say, I wont ever be back at Jeanette’s again anyway because its just a little too unprofessional and unclassy for me. Jeanette is VERY VERY nice and handles pressure well but its a little too «set up a business in the other room in the house» –ish for me just to get to Jeanette. I need something way more classier and professional for a permanent service and I dont mind paying for it. But I dont foresee needing a touch up for a long time because she did such a beautiful job.
