Pete’s Pub

Wyndham St. Anthony Hotel should have a better pub than this! Customers sitting around thirsty or with ½ glasses of warm beer. I almost had to serve myself. Stale pretzels, even at 11 pm — not acceptable. First glass of white wine was warm, murky, and of questionable origin. 2^nd Glass of wine, Riesling, was good and chilled when i finally got it.
The bartender was nice enough for someone working alone; there were maybe 3 to 5 customers seated at the bar and 3 or 4 couples at tables. But! His bar station was vacant for about 15 minutes, while he went to the kitchen to pick up orders of food! Isn’t that a little unusual? The atmosphere was friendly enough as the customers waited and we watched the game. All I can say is, what an experience.
